We stayed for 2 nights and had no sleep either night! Music from the bars is extremely loud and goes on until 4am. The hotel needs to invest in double glazing ! We moved rooms and then had the loudest air conditioning units blowimg all.night. if you want to sleep do not stsy here !!

Loved our stay, restaurants were great! Spotted donkey was some of the best food I’ve ever had, surf shops had great souvenirs and good quality too! Pier had a really cool evening market and great vendors! Excellent time here

Our first room was so noisy that we were up all night dur to noise from the street. Could hear every conversation of people walking outside from the 3rd floor. Asked for a new room for the second night of our stay which was accommodated. Upon entering new room, which was non smoking, there was cigarette ash all over our “clean” pillows and comforter. As well as a Cheeto on the floor when we got there. The floors in both rooms looked filthy. The showers in both room were filthy. And the shower door was off the hinge in our first room. Will never stay again.

Clean, welcoming, and excellent customer service. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Beach and beach rentals are right out the door. The only thing I did not like was not getting a price adjustment when I abandoned my rental because of heavy rain 15 minutes after I rented it.

Lots of hidden fees! You pay a resort fee but that is just for the pool. Parking is $29.99 per day. You need to rent chairs for the beach. The second row costs $75 per day for 2 chairs and umbrella. To sit closer to the ocean it is anywhere from $100-$200 per day. Things add up quickly

This was our third time in Clearwater, but this was our first time staying at the Hilton. The property is extremely nice! This is a resort style and they do have a resort fee, just so you know. The area is very nice and clean. They do a great job on upkeep. It does have “two” pools but the one is very shallow. The pools are extremely nice and clean. When the outdoor bar is open they don’t have people walking around taking orders and bringing you food and drinks which is extremely nice! Overall the hotel is very clean, the beds are very comfortable. Room service gets in and out very quickly in the morning. Overall we were very impressed. We will absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is really nice we stayed 2 nights, just the pool area doesn’t have good shade from the sun so be ready to get a sunburn, I wish they improve more palm trees to cover the umbrellas from the sun
