You will not be disappointed when you rent this townhouse…it has everything you need to have an amazing experience in Clearwater Beach including:
1. Spacious Townhouse - 3000 square foot townhouse with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation including your own private elevator
2. Amazing Amenities – Heated pool, large rooftop terrace, and everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach. In addition, we have tried to think of everything you will need inside the townhouse for you to enjoy your vacation. You should have everything you need (and maybe even more).
3. Spectacular Location – It is located on the turquoise blue Intracoastal Waterway and is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. If you love fishing, you can fish right off of the pier in front of our house!

Spacious Townhouse

First floor:
o Oversized Garage - You will find everything here that you need to make your stay extra special. Included you will find 8 high-quality beach chairs, beach umbrella, large cooler, and a large wagon to haul everything you need the short distance to the beach. We also include 4 bikes for your use for exploring Clearwater Beach. With the bikes, you will find helmets and locks for your use.
o Bonus Room - We just completed a large, 600 square foot bonus room on the first floor. There is a large sectional couch, dining room table for up to 6 people, refrigerator, bar area, and a 43" smart TV with Xbox One. Just 10 steps outside a large set of french doors you will find the pool and just steps further, you will find the intracoastal waterway.

Second floor:
o Kitchen - The updated kitchen has exotic Macassar Ebony wood cabinets, premium stainless steel appliances and raised breakfast bar overlooking the main living area and rear balcony.
o Great Room – Large wi-fi enabled flat screen TV, kitchen table big enough for 6 people, and an extremely large couch that will seat everyone
o Guest Bedroom – Features an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and 2 full sized beds
o Patio – Through a large patio door, you will find a patio for enjoying the views of the pool and intracoastal. Often, you will see dolphins playing right in front of our home.

Third floor
o Guest Bedroom – Features an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and queen sized bed
o Master Bedroom – Very large bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, 2 walk-in closets, and plenty of storage in the dressers. In addition, there is a very large master bath with dual vanities and two sinks, jacuzzi jetted tub and walk-in glassed shower with a double shower head and a separate room with the toilet.
o Private Laundry Room - Our laundry room includes a full-sized washer and dryer and includes laundry detergent and iron/ironing board.

4th Floor - Roof-top Terrace
The expansive and spacious rooftop terrace is lushly blanketed with top grade artificial grass that adds to the relaxed setting and panoramic views of the Gulf, the beaches and the island's cityscape. There is plenty of patio furniture on the roof to enjoy drinks and watch the sunset at the end of the day. There is a propane fire pit for those cool evenings and also an 11' umbrella to shield you on those warm summer days.

Amazing Amenities
• Townhouse Amenities – We have tried to think of everything you need during your stay and have included it in the townhouse. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, there are plenty of board games, luxurious beds and linens, and an amazing rooftop patio with plenty of seating.
• Pool – The pool is literally 10 steps outside the door of the townhouse with plenty of patio seating to soak in the Florida sun.
• Beach – The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and we have included beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, play toys, and a wagon to haul everything to the beach.
• Grill – There is a large private grill for your use just outside the door of the townhouse on the first floor.
• Bikes– Included with the home are 4 bikes for cruising up and down the beach.

Spectacular Location
Just outside your door you will find the intracoastal waterway with private docks to watch dolphins, manatees, or just relax. It is only a 5 minute walk to Clearwater Beach which was rated the top beach in the US in 2019. There are countless restaurants, shops, and attractions all within a short walk of the townhouse.

Perfect for family in Clearwater Beach!
We just got back yesterday and felt the need to review this property right away. First off, the photos are an accurate representation of what you get. The place is beautiful! The location is incredible! The unit is loaded with everything you need. The owners thought of everything, there's too much to mention. Everything needed to prepare and cook meals is provided. There are tons walk-able restaurants, ice cream shops, gift shops, and more. The bikes were perfect to explore and get around with. The beach cart was a game changer for our family of 6. We packed everything in it and it was very easy to maneuver. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. We didn't have to buy anything all week. The pool was perfect for a dip after the beach and is right outside your back door. The ground floor game room was great. My 13 year old son practically lived down there. He went from swimming in the pool to playing video games seamlessly. The roof top deck was spectacular! Wonderful view of the bay and the boats. The August sun made it too hot during the day, but the nights with the breeze coming from the gulf were beautiful. The owners really thought of everything. I had to communicate with them a couple of times during our stay and each time was very pleasant. Well done! We would definitely stay here again!

Family beach vacation
The house and all the amenities were all wonderful! We felt very at home in this well equipped rental. Clearwater Beach had a lot to offer a family with older teens right in walking distance! Loved traveling 2 miles over to Sand Key for a quieter beach some days as well! Would definitely rent again. Owner was great and very easy to work with, highly recommended staying at this property!

Great Family Vacation!
This property was perfect for our family vacation. This is hands down the nicest place we’ve rented. Every floor had something to offer. The rooftop deck is a great place to relax and watch the canal ( we were lucky enough to see several dolphin). The beach as well as several restaurants and shops were an easy walk away. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the Clearwater Beach area!

Great property!
My family stayed at this property in early June 2024. Honestly, our favorite times might have been those we spent at this townhouse! It was a welcome respite from the heat and humidity. Even the ocean wasn't refreshing; it was more like a warm bath! Walking distance to the beach and a number of great restaurants. The owners provide an incredibly comprehensive handbook, including suggestions of nearby places to eat well and affordably. The kitchen was very well-appointed, including a surprisingly nice air fryer! The griddle and grill on the top floor are also of very high quality, allowing me to cook up my family favorite cheesesteak sandwiches and clean up afterwards quite easily! During our stay, one of the families in another unit allowed their young children to swim in the pool unsupervised at midnight. I reached out to the owner and she was quite swift in addressing the situation, finding the family in question and impressing upon them the necessity of following the rules. There were no other problems the rest of the week. Overall, I highly recommend this property!

Great Vacation House In Clearwater!
The owners Glori and Neal have been absolutely great to deal with! Any questions we had for them, the response was almost instantaneous. Check in/out was very easy. The house itself was very nice and clean, it felt like we were at home away from home! We are definitely considering coming back next year with some more family, and possibly renting out the other property they have as well. I would definitely recommend this beach house to anyone that is looking to vacation in Clearwater!

We had a wonderful time at this property despite a few hiccups during our stay. The owners communicated with us on a daily basis and made sure we were comfortable and everything was to our satisfaction. We loved ending each day in the pool, and seeing dolphins right off the dock was the highlight of the week. We chose not to utilize the rooftop features because it was scorching hot up there! Otherwise, we took advantage of the bicycles, wagon, and all of the provided beach supplies. Great location and very walkable to a number of shops and eateries. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Wonderful home. Owners have stocked it with anything you could need! From phone chargers on the nightstands to a portable bluetoooth speaker for the pool. Lounge room by the pool with Nintendo system is a great retreat for the kids (or husbands)! Would definitely stay here again!.

Spring Break
This property was up to date/modern decor. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary supplies for cooking and storing food. It was also immaculately organized and clean. We were especially appreciative that it was stocked with the basic supplies such as coffee, creamer, sweetners, spices and seasonings as well as squeeze bottle condiments in the fridge. Hats off to the cleaning service. Most of the time the cleaning services, in my opinion, is inadequate. All the supplies were neatly organized in the kitchen. Although, we did not make full use of the roof top it was fully decked with lounging area, umbrellas, dining table and grills. We did enjoy the sunrise and the mornings with coffee there. The basement area and garage was fully and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. You will need your own sunscreen lotion, but that’s about it. It would have been great to use the kayaks but totally understandable they were for owners only. We slept in the master suit and the bed was heavenly for me. I enjoyed the soaking tub every night. We would definitely book again. I don’t think I have stayed many places that I would book again other than in Germany. I would book here again.

This place is Amazing!!!
If you want a beautiful place within walking distance to everything this is the place to go!! From the time we booked this place to the time we left everything went smoothly. Right after we booked we received info we needed for our trip. The host was amazing to communicate with. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. The host has thought of everything!!! We really enjoyed the recommendations of where to eat and what to do on rainy days. The house itself has a ton of room. We had a family of 6 and never felt crowded or bored. The pool was the perfect size!! The views from this place were amazing!! Thank you for a great stay and we hope to return!!! 10 out of 10!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This was a great property. It has great amenities and is a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our family had a great time and enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. We would like to have been able to take advantage of the rooftop, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Our sons are video game fans and loved the downstairs room with the built in X-box. All-in-all a fun trip for our family of five!!

Amazing Property
I have not been to Clearwater beach in 25 years and we could not have picked a better place to stay. Without question the nicest place my family has ever stayed regardless of location. Property description and location spot on. Spacious and beautiful. Bonus room and roof top are game changers. No need to worry about beach chairs, towels, coolers and other amenities when traveling as everything is provided. Wagon makes it easy for the short walk to beach and bicycles also available. Host Gloria is absolutely awesome! Responds quickly to any inquiries. There was an issue that was our fault and she took care of it immediately. Highly, highly recommend. This will be our preferred place when we return.

There was plenty of space for the six of us and the owner has thought of everything. We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties and this one really had everything you need. Pefect week!
This house is everything you need to enjoy a week away. Everything is so clean and so much space so you can spread out and relax. Lots of amenities at the house so you can enjoy biking, the beach, and games so you don't have extra expenses you can't take home. We enjoyed local restaurants, biking, and even able to spend a few days exploring Tampa. The walk to the beach is not too far and you can even bike there since there are bike racks everywhere. This is probably the cleanest house we have ever stayed in, it felt like we were home from the cleanliness. Rooftop is perfect for morning reading and also best place to view the fireworks!

Beautiful Townhouse - A slice of heaven
The townhouse was exactly as pictured and the previous reviews were spot on. Glori was fantastic to work with. We were even able to get into the condo early on our day of arrival but unfortunately our plane got delayed. The place had everything you needed. I can't think of one thing that was missing. Kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook and clean. Unlike most places we have stayed at using Vrbo, Glori had the house stocked with extra kitchen necessities like spices, condiments, sandwich bags, foil, trash bags, cleaning products, bathroom essentials, and tons of things to enjoy the beach and pool. Every other place I have stayed had none of these things. This made it quite easy to spend more time enjoying our stay instead of constantly running to the store. We spent a week enjoying the pool, beaches, restaurants, and the beautiful townhouse. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. If you're looking at place to stay this is it. Close to everything. We didn't have a car and we didn't need one. We ubered from the airport to the condo, which was quick and easy. A lot of places close so we walked most of the time. If we wanted a ride it was a very cheap to Uber. Most places cost less than $10 to get to. Thank you Glori for the beautiful stay and we look forward to coming back soon.
