Cute studio located in a peaceful and centrally-located area in Historic Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg. This spot is allll about location!! If you are looking for luxury, fancy, and perfect, this isn't your spot! If you are looking for clean and cozy, we got you! The desirable Beach Dr is 2 blocks away with St. Pete Pier a 15-min walk. Grab a bike 1 block away, ride into downtown St. Pete, where there are museums, shops, restaurants, movies, parks, and more!

The space
The unit is located on a corner lot within a house that has other apartments. Your unit has a separate bath within the studio, with a door separated from the studio, and your own parking spot! The bed is a double bed with 2 drawers located beneath it, TV with cable, Wi-Fi, full size ironing board and iron, hair blow dryer, linens, extra blankets, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella, mini cooler, and towels.

Perfect location!
The location was amazing! We loved being able to walk to downtown & the pier in minutes. The studio was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious, and we loved the large deck area! Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay.

This was a great choice for my stay . I loved the easy access to get in and out. Just the parking area is tight so large vehicles will be a tight fit. But overall this is a perfect spot to have some me time to just chill. The property manager responds very quickly if you have questions.
