The house "L'orée des Alpilles", new of 2021 in contemporary style, is located in Saint Rémy de Provence, in a residential and quiet area 500 m from the dynamic and lively city center, near the Massif des Alpilles classified "Regional Natural Park of the Alpilles".On a plot of 437 m2 completely fenced and closed, villa of 80 m2 secure (under alarm), with 2 bedrooms, fully air-conditioned, a large terrace of 35 m2, private outdoor swimming pool not overlooked where you can rest and recharge your batteries . Come and enjoy this holiday residence including a large living room (42m2) with kitchen and central island, fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, 2-bowl sink) with direct access to the terrace through a large sliding bay window allowing you to make the most of the outside and the view of the swimming pool, Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a 58" flat screen TV lounge with convertible sofa for 2 people, 2 bedrooms, one with master suite (160x200 bed + dressing room + bathroom), the 2nd bedroom is made up of 2 90x200 beds which can be transformed into 1 king size bed (180x200) and storage cupboard, the 2nd bathroom shower has 2 sinks, equipped with a bluetooth system to listen to your favorite music in the shower and a storage cupboard, a separate toilet, You can also park your vehicle on site under the shelter and store your bikes in complete safety in a closed room. Wifi available.
A minimum of 7 nights is obligatory from July 1 to August 31 and from Saturday to Saturday.

L'Oree des Alpilles
Beautiful, well-appointed and -decorated, vacation house with nice, clean small pool. Location about ten minutes walk from town. Everything one might need, including kitchen stuff, was there. Extremely clean. Very pleasant and responsive host. Highly recommend!
