Seaglass on St Thomas is a beautiful gem of a studio condo at Sapphire Village, perched just above the tranquil turquoise waters of Pillsbury Sound and Sapphire Beach. With beautiful St John Island providing gorgeous daytime vistas and twinkling night lights, and the hills of the other Virgin Islands dotting the skyline, the views from Seaglass are a living postcard for your Caribbean vacation.

Seaglass is located on the East End of St Thomas, which many consider the best location on the island. We agree. A brief walk down the hill leads you to gorgeous Sapphire Marina, where you can hop aboard one of our favorite charter boats for an unforgettable island-hopping adventure, or the Dive Shop where you can book a dive or snorkel tour, rent some water toys for the day or simply lounge on the soft sand of stunning Sapphire Beach.

Grab a bite or a drink at our poolside tiki bar or venture into the bustling village of Red Hook, where you’ll find some of the best restaurants, bars, shops and provisions in St Thomas. A $1 Safari Taxi ride will get you there if you don’t have a car.

Great location of property in a complex of condos. This is at the top of the hill of the property where the older units appear to be but there was nothing “old” about the unit. Very clean, very comfortable and felt very safe. The unit is close to the pool and a 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. We brought the chairs down that come with the condo and stayed at the beach and beach bar all day. Bed was very comfortable! They only give you two towels (One for each guests ) for the shower so make sure they are dry for the next use or you are out of luck. Also, the bathroom light nor the kitchen light worked. We had to take the bedside lamp and plug it into the bathroom and put a flashlight outside of the shower when in use. Probably an easy fix but since we got there on a holiday weekend (Friday of Labor Day) the property manager said no one was available to come to the property. They were very apologetic and responsive when I messaged them about the issue and although it was a bit inconvenient, we didn’t let it put a damper on our stay. Overall great condo, would definitely recommend and even stay here again!!

Beautiful view, comfortable bed, property manager very helpful. Pillows weren’t very comfortable one of our only complaints. Other similar units we stayed in provided Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a cooler. These things would’ve been very nice to have. Keypad lock was finicky but figured it out. Had a great week staying here!

Upon 1st entering condo everything looked perfect. After being there for just a short time we noticed very tiny little bugs. They were on the kitchen counters and the dresser. They were there during our entire 7 day stay. Once we got settled we noticed the floor was sandy in areas. We had to put towels beside the bed to wipe our feet off before getting in bed. We never could figure out to use the tv with the 2 remotes ot came with. We were only able to watch Netflix. One big issue is the curtains that cover the door to the patio. They do not go all the way to the ends on either side and let ALOT of light in. We had to pull the storm door on the patio closed each night to help keep the light out. We had to call for more towels. We stayed a week and 2-3 towels wasnt gonna cut it. On a positive note, the AC worked fabulous and the view was spectacular. Sudi's bar and grill was an absolute plus. In the future you might want to add that the pool down the hill at Sapphire Condo's is OFF LIMITS. We did not know this, we thought all of that property was able to be used. We had a very very rude security gaurd kick us out of the pool at Sapphire Condos. Had we known we were not allowed to use these facilities we would not have. Sapphire Condo's gladly took our money at the bars and restaurants but absolutely were jerks about using the pool!

My husband and I stay at Gorgeous Condo, Killer Views was great. The view was everything. I got up every morning and sat on the balcony while drinking my morning water. The condo had everything one could possibly need to make stay comfortable. I would like to make a suggestion for some black out drapes and a swivel for the TV for when you want to just lay in bed and watch TV at the end of a full day. Also the cleaning person should at least make an effort to clean shower area/floor as there was a razor cap left behind in the shower which would indicate the shower had not been cleaned. Location was great, definitely in walking distance to beach, marina, restaurants and it was very easy to get a taxi. Take Ferry at RedHook to go over and visit St. John. Nice day trip. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for providing beach chairs/towels, etc. Truly an amazing stay.

Great Little Place!
This is our second time at Sapphire. This unit was in a decent spot! View of the marina and islands, right next to Sudi’s. Brief walk to the safari taxis, beach bars etc. The unit is renovated and was pretty clean. It had all of the kitchen things we needed to make breakfasts and pack our lunches. There were beach towels and beach chairs which was nice to have for the local beach. There was aloe in the fridge which was a lifesaver too!! We forgot it. Took off a star for not having a broom or vacuum and having to take our own trash out at the end of our stay. That place was SANDY after our week of beaching it and a broom would have changed everything. The only other downside is the $50 fee for leaving the trash. I’ve never had to take out trash at a rental. It was uphil to the stinky dumpster with our suitcases and it was a horrible way to leave your vacation rental.

Absolutely wonderful!
My daughter and I had the most wonderful stay. It was beautiful beyond words. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The bed was super nice. We had to contact Andre when we first arrived and he answered and took care of us immediately. We ate at Sudi’s several times and I have to say they have the best shrimp tacos I have ever had. It was nice to have a restaurant so close that we could walk to it in a couple of minutes and not have to take a taxi somewhere. The snorkeling was amazing right out from the beach. We saw so many different fish, spotted eagle rays, turtles, and even squid. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back in the future.

Killer views was an accurate description! Lovely sunrises and view from the gallery of the marina and the bay. Instructions beforehand with tips on what to bring, how to get to Sapphire Villages, and how to access the property were very helpful and made the trip easy. It would have been helpful though to have guest information in the unit as to the association requirements and amenities, such as where dumpsters are located, pool, beach, and dining options, as well as information on area activities, dining options, and transportation. There is easy access to a pool and Sudi's Restaurant, and a short walk to a beach bar and more up upscale dining. The beach itself is very nice, with a shallow reef and good snorkeling right from the shore. Laundry is available. The property is gated and guarded. The unit itself was of average condition. The furniture was older, the couch worn and stained, the headboard stained. The bed was comfy, though! Transporation is interesting. Although you do not need to rent a car, the safari bus, a cheap option, was unreliable, and taxis are expensive. On the other hand, driving is on the left, very congested, and parking limited. We felt the strength of this property were the amenities, the close location to the ferries in Red Hook, Mo's Fresh Market for groceries, and good dining options.

A perfect getaway
We loved our stay. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed for our 5 day getaway. The view was amazing from our balcony and we loved being on Sapphire Beach. Sudi's is a fun little restaurant/bar on property, and we met the nicest people. We will definitely be back!

Most of the stay was just great. The biggest problem was finding out the code to the lock to get in. I wish it was communicated a few days earlier. The kitchen was small but it was okay, just wish that there was a bigger pot to use. Not being really tex savy we had a hard time figuring out how to use the TV controls.

I've been to St. Thomas many times and this place ruined it for me. Frequent power outages. No back up electric for A/C The Condo is Dirty, moldy, sandy and bug infested (bugs bit through deet sprays and while you sleep). The bed was broken, loud and uncomfortable. The fridge is rusting and loud. The neighbors are doing major construction and thats loud. The kitchen faucet pourd out large amounts of water at any random time. Ug! Where is the peaceful vacation I paid for?!?! We asked for assistance and received none. We asked for our money back to use for a different place and we were ignored. We were stuck and had no help. We have never encountered issues at other condos when on the island. (One positive, There was a great views but it wasn't worth what we went through.) When we returned home,, they said we used too many towels out of the closet. We were there 8 days!!! We needed towels. If you do book this place be ready... Also plan on a long walk down to the beach and back up up up. (Rent a car for this place)

I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up to the property and saw several pools and bars on site. My room had a beautiful view of the ocean, which I promptly woke up to each morning and went to the beach. Property had everything required for cooking, drinking, and cleaning.

A gem with beautiful balcony views and lovely decor!
We loved our stay at Seaglass condo, lovely decorations, colors, comfy bed and fully stocked kitchen! The balcony view is perfect for enjoying a meal or cocktail. The studio was clean and had everything we needed. Andre was very helpful and had easy instructions and tips for the perfect stay! Thank you for a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

We did like the condo. With that said, I had asked the owner if the unit had US tv channels, he replied yes. But, it was not so. The manager called the cable company and was told it only has basic and we did miss out on things we enjoy watching. The unit is very close to the pool and the restaurant. It is a small hill from the pool and this is where the taxis stop. My partner uses a cane and he made it up this hill with just a little effort. For this complex, it was probably the best choice for us. The unit is also very pleasant and the balcony is nice. The tiny kitchen is easy to work in. There is a nice size refrigerator, toaster oven, cooktop, and microwave. We made breakfast every day and could eat our leftovers too.
