Let your soul dangle under the branches of the giant willow hanging down to the ground, or, if the wind blows a little fresher, snuggled into the beach chair. Set up your view of the sky and let you float your thoughts, imagination in cloud formations take its course - take a deep breath: here is North Friesland, the land between the horizons of the Schleswig-Holstein width and steady gentle breeze. Take a look at our beautiful Nordfriesland flag with its 3 ships or the well-known Frisian flag with the Grotenopf.
Inside, in our cozy and homely house offers charm and comfort, simultaneously summery freshness and lightness. Modernity and practicality are combined with tradition and down-to-earthness: in addition to what we daily take for granted to fulfill today's demands on functionality, antique furniture can be found: cabinets from the Biedermeier period (1835), a trivet chest from the time of the revolution (1871 ), a showcase with lion's feet, probably from the penultimate turn of the century, with crockery from 1880. Individual pieces and quaint curiosities from several eras round out the picture. Typical of such an old house, the part with only 2m height relatively low ceiling. Particularly striking are the mostly low clearance heights of doors. It is said that this is due to a design specification of the Danish king, who demanded that the indomitable Friesen should bow before him.
The house with its 2 bedrooms is best for up to 4 people:
In the front bedroom you sleep in a built-in double bed, which looks like a four-poster bed. The double bed in the second bedroom consists of two combined antique single beds (grandma and grandpa marriage bed).
In addition, a travel cot is available, which can be placed in the front bedroom.
Who would not spend the night in one of the bedrooms, may instead sleeping on / in the cozy day bed in an alcove in the living room and wake you up there by the morning sun and perhaps go the first morning by the own exit to the garden outside. Who is first monitored, can bring the buns in just 300m away in the village shop.
This makes it comfortable even on cool days, we have an open fireplace in the living room and a stove in the dining room. In addition, the house has electric heaters. Who wants to can with an aroma cabin sauna spoil (blank) and then cool off with a rainforest shower or in the bathtub.
Who likes it more active, who runs or cycles (bicycles for free use available) to the 700 m distant outdoor pool or makes a trip to the Langenberger Forst: for hiking, learning on the forest nature trail, to observe nature, or to the historical exploration of the historical ox route, the former Petersburg or the megalithic grave "Rantzauhƶhe", which is 44m above sea level, the highest elevation of North Frisia.
it is only 2.5 km from the golf course Hof Berg. There is also our favorite restaurant: the "Waldstubchen Hof Berg". Take a look, the name WaldstĆ¼bchen fits exactly.
More restaurants can be found just 8 km from the rural lower central leak, which is also easily accessible by bicycle. There are also shops of all kinds, service and craft businesses, medical, specialist and dental practices and pharmacies. Highly recommended is also the country inn "Achtruper Stuben" in Achtrup, which also has real qualities Restaurant.
