Surrounded by green areas, the property also offers a beautiful terrace with swimming pool, in panoramic position with sea view, an area with barbecue for outdoor meals under a pergola. The beautiful beaches of Caminia, Pietragrande, Copanello and Soverato are reachable in a few minutes by car and offer bathing establishments, restaurants, bars, various services. During the summer the area offers various cultural, musical and religious events and festivals. A small pet can be allowed by arrangement with the owner, who must be informed in advance. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. For the morphology of the land, the whole complex is on several levels connected by some internal and external stairs. The house consists of a main building with living room and sleeping area and an annex with kitchen and additional bedroom, in an elevated position and with separate entrance.
