Escape to our family-friendly retreat! With ample space and a wealth of entertainment options like a pool table, table tennis, tennis/basketball court, and handball court. Cozy up by the fireplace or gather around the fire pit for s'mores under the stars. Indoors, an Xbox, piano, and board games offer endless fun. With accommodation for up to 12 guests, it's the perfect destination for a couple of families to get away and make memories to last a lifetime.

We’re usually contactable from 9am to 7pm, we’re not local but have spent a heap of time in town when we renovated the house so know all the hot spots, and we’ve got an amazing team locally in the event of an emergency. Reach out if you’ve got any questions, we’re here to help.

Welcome to "The Ranch" - your dream destination! This sprawling property spans over 6000m², offering an abundance of space for relaxation and play. As you explore this beautifully renovated home, you'll discover a wealth of amenities and unique features designed to make your stay unforgettable.

Picture starting your day with a friendly basketball or tennis match on our private court or gathering with loved ones around the fire pit beneath the starry night sky. For indoor enthusiasts, challenge your companions to a thrilling game of pool or table tennis in our dedicated game room, where you'll also find a fantastic selection of board games for hours of fun and friendly competition.

This property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in spacious bedrooms and living areas. In the main living room, you can cozy up by the fireplace, while music enthusiasts can delight in playing tunes on the piano, or listen to your tunes through out the house on the smart speakers.

Lighting and TV’s are also smart, and every bedside table has wireless chargers built in.

And for those who love gaming, you'll find the Xbox with 3 remotes in the attic lounge, a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some gaming fun. Speaking of the attic, it's worth noting that the 5th and 6th bedrooms are located here, separated by the attic lounge.

While we're super proud of the recent renovations, a couple of rooms are still on our "wish list" for updates. The kitchen, while functional, is dated and well loved and eagerly awaiting a modern makeover. We've already made some improvements by replacing most of the appliances. Additionally, the ensuite bathroom, although charming 70’s, is due for a stylish upgrade.

The Ranch
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ranch. Conveniently located just a few minutes from town with a lovely country feeling. The house had everything we needed and is perfect for larger groups/families and all age groups. We thoroughly enjoyed getting out on the basketball and tennis courts - such a great feature of the property! We would definitely like to return one day ☺️
