The hotel is in a great location! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious. My only complaint is that the room needed some serious upgrades. Part of the light was missing in the bathroom, many of the outlets didn’t work or were very loose- that made charging our devices very difficult, and the bathtub was slippery. Other than those minor things, we had a wonderful stay. I’ve already booked a room for August for move in day at MSU!

We stayed here for college orientation. The location was wonderful. The lady at check in was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was had with our room was it was difficult to shut the bathroom door. Breakfast was good. We will stay here again.

It is in a very nice area. All the staff were very nice. Some of the furniture needs some fixing up but it want enough to complain about. We got the privacy we wanted and nobody complained about our children being too loud. All in all wonderful experience would definitely stay again.

Overall the property was well kept and the employees were all very nice. But, the reason for my mid rating was because of two checkout issues. The first issue was they refused to provide a receipt and stated that my receipt was the one that Expedia sent. And second, the amount charged to my credit card was more than what the Expedia receipt showed I would be paying.
