College Heights Apt - Spacious 1BR, 2 Minutes from PSU & Nittany Lion Inn

Our updated College Heights apartment is just blocks from west Penn State campus and the Nittany Lion Inn and 1.5 blocks from the PSU golf course and walking/biking trail. Our quiet street is lined with large oak trees. Located on the lower floor of our single-family home, this separate apartment features a spacious bedroom with a king bed, living room with a futon for extra sleeping space, a full kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower, and its own laundry room. Guests will enjoy the walk-out basement apartment with separate entrance, windows in each room providing lots of natural light, and a large fenced-in back yard with gazebo sitting area and fire pit.

Our family of 4 lives on the separate main floor of the home. Because we have two young children, please be aware that you may be able to hear noise or little feet running on the floor above at times (they are usually asleep by 9pm and wake at 7am).

Great first stay

We were looking for a place in State College to attend a Penn State event. With all the hotels having limited availability and high prices we decided to try this out. It was a great first experience. The apartment was the perfect size for us, located in a quiet neighborhood only minutes away from downtown. The owner was very communicative. Got great sleep- the bed was as comfortable. Shower with good water pressure and temperature. Didn’t really use the kitchen except the refrigerator but seemed to have anything we would have needed. TVs in bedroom and living room which was nice. No issues at all. Directions to the property were great. Was also clean and neat.

Great location, quiet area, clean property.

This location is very ideal for anyone looking for a place to stay near Penn state campus that is family friendly. We needed a place to stay for a wrestling tournament at bjc, the property was so easy to get to and from. The living areas were well maintained and up to date. I would recommend for anyone.

A gem just a few min from campus

We visited PSU to attend the famous student run fundraiser THON and support our son who was a dancer. We love the set up of the apartment and the location so close to campus. It is nicely designed, had everything we needed, and we greatly appreciated the regular communication with the owner.

The apartment was clean, good location and the stay was seamless. Looked like nice outside space but too cold for us right now! Host mentioned they had children up above, but we never heard any noise.
