Room had funny odor and an adult roach was running over my bed in the morning. Told front desk and they thanked me for bringing to their attention. I am aware that bugs can be brought in but I paid 2 1/2 times for two rooms due to event in area. Disappointed all around.

The room was clean and pretty comfortable. The mattress on the bed was a little soft, and the TV remote seemed low on battery as it was difficult to change channels. The air conditioner was very noisy. Had to turn it off at night, which was okay because it was cool enough without it. The breakfast was just okay. They did serve a couple hot items along with the usual continental breakfast type faire. They only charged $15/night for my dog, which I thought was very reasonable.

Some minor structure issues (shower fixture not "finished" with flange around opening in wall,security light (?) in entrance area unable to be turned off), but otherwise great staff, clean facilities, nice breakfast offering and easy on/off from 81! Most important to someone who frequently travels through to visit family, there was no stench of Marijuana - the hotel takes its no smoking policy SERIOUSLY ! Thank you!! :D
