Amazing Steamboat lodging option, perfect for 2 families. This is very large 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms vacation rental condo, located just 200 yards away from the ski slopes and right on the free city bus line. The unit has a very large kitchen and is broken down into different levels for your ultimate privacy. The laundry room right off the kitchen has your own full-size washer and dryer.

The very large living area and dining area are on the bottom floor, featuring a flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, access to the long balcony on the back and large balcony on the side. Designed for entertainment, you have your own private bar downstairs - perfect for enjoying and relaxing with your group after a long day of activities! With a full bathroom off the dining area, designed to accommodate extra people sleeping on the couch in the living area. Upstairs there are the 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms in each one of them, TVs, and each with their own fireplace and balcony. The master has a king bed and the second one has a queen plus a set of bunk beds, which is twin over full. This complex is well known for its location, privacy, quality, and amenities. There are 2 shared hot tubs and 2 grills at the location.

Loved the place. Reasonable price, clean, great location. The unit above us seemed like there were some kids or something that seemed to be jumping around or something and made some noise, but it wasn't a big deal.

LA CASA 23 HAD AMPLE SPACE. REALLY APPRECIATED THE AMOUNT OF SEATING TO COMFORTABLY SPREAD OUT. LIKED THE WAY THE OWNER ALLOWED PREVIOUS RENTERS TO LEAVE UNOPENED GOODS SO THAT IF ONE FORGOT SOMETHING FROM THE LOCAL MARKET , THERE WAS LIKELY A SUBSTITUTE ( IE SPICE) AVAILABLE . FYI, SHOULD YOU LIKE TO USE THE NESPRESSO MACHINE PICTURED, BRING OWN SUPPLY OF PODS AS THERE WERE NONE LOCALLY AVAILABLE. THERE IS ANOTHER GENERIC COFFEE MAKER . AVAILABLE

Fantastic property in a great location.
We had great stay at Steamboat. The apartment is very well appointed with a large living area that the whole family could stretch out in. The kitchen has all the equipment we needed to cook a meal for a large group when friends visited. Easy access to the gondola. We would definitely book this property again. Having a car to get downtown and to the local shops would be recommended although there is also a shuttle service available.

This place was awesome! Great location - easy walk to slopes. Unit was clean and fully stocked with everything you need. The large living room with fireplace was the perfect place to relax after a long day of skiing. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, convenient location, well equipped.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is a convenient 200 yd walk from the slopes. The unit was well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, etc. It was spacious and clean, although it could probably use new carpets. Overall, it was a great space!

Wonderful Place to Stay in the Mountains!
We had a wonderful time at this great condo in Steamboat Springs! We cooked every meal in the well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and we had plenty of room to hang out. It was great to have easy access to the shuttle that runs into town.
