Excellent stay! The front desk host was very nice and welcoming, the room was cozy and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location downtown was great! I traveled with my service dog and they were very welcoming to dogs, made us feel right at home! The bathroom door did get stuck, so make sure you test it before going in, but the bathroom is very well hidden by a wall so it wasnt too big of a deal. I can tell they are still putting finishing touches on and cant wait to see it when its done. Will definitely stay here again!

This place was just renovated and it is AMAZING! Great minimalist rooms with perfect amenities and is within a 5 minute walk to downtown steamboat and a short 10 min drive to the ski slopes! They also allow furry friends! Really great experience and will be returning on my next stay in steamboat! 10/10

The place is very nice since the renovation. Liked the decor and redecoration a lot. Lots of outlets for recharging. Also the new heating a/c system is way better than you usually get in a motel. Two slight problems - no place to hang wet towels, only one tiny towel rack holding the dry towels. Also would be good to have a security lock on the door. This door only had the one lock, lots of air gaps around the door. Glad we were not staying there in the winter. They should have replaced the doors and locks also when they did the renovations. But nice overall.

The motel wasn’t quite finished with their upgrades but mostly done. The room was tiny but new/modern with what seemed new king size bed. One thing I found was no closet to hang clothing just knob style hooks behind the entryway…nonetheless ended up comfy on the second night. (We had some issues with using the remote for heat or air initially.)

Loved the hotel, but will never book through Expedia again Staff was great, and offered us a refund due to not having WiFi, however Expedia refused to cancel and refund our $217 fee only if we paid Expedia a fee of $125 for the cancellation This cancellation fee would’ve gone to Expedia, not the hotel that would’ve had a last minute cancellation Please book through hotel directly and NOT thru expedia
