An excellent room.
The suite overlooking the river was lovely. Newly renovated, spacious, including a small fridge. Breakfast was good and the hot food was cooked from a menu.
Large walk-in shower was in the bedroom. Base very slippery.

This hotel was beautifully situated on the banks of the Rhine in Stein Am Rhein old town. A short distance from the cycle route, with secure bike storage available. Check in was fuss-free and we were welcomed with a complimentary drink which was nice and luggage taken to the room. The rooms are all accessed via stairs, there is no lift. Our room was modern, spacious and comfortable. A swiss-euro plug convertor was supplied, along with a fan, both of which were appreciated. No in-room hot drinks. There was a problem with the shower blocking but this was immediately and effectively fixed by extremely attentive staff. We ate dinner in the hotels outdoor restaurant and enjoyed excellent food with somewhat patchy service - like the sea it ebbed and flowed! Breakfast was included and served in a pleasant breakfast room, full range of the usual Euro breakfast. Coffee was excellent

A beautiful spot
What a beautiful spot! We were offered a welcome drink, which was certainly appreciated. Single room was small and basic, but later upgraded to a double room which was in very good condition. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and there was a heat wave, so it was difficult to keep cool. The proprietress was very friendly and helpful with arranging taxis, etc.

Fantastisch gelegenes Hotel. Gut organsiert, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Und vor allem ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter fürs Frühstück müssten noch etwas geweckt werden :-), ansonsten top.

Escogí este hotel para hacer un pequeño viaje madre-hijo. Llegamos al hotel y nos recibieron muy amablemente con una bebida de cortesía en la parte externa. Del restaurante que tiene una preciosa vista al rio. La habitación nos gustó muchísimo, muy bien decorada, excelente limpieza, muy amplia y cómoda. Lo que más disfruto mi hijo fue la televisión que tenía acceso a aplicaciones de streaming. El desayuno incluído en la estadía también estuvo muy bien. Hay un buffet pero también se incluyen platos a la carta como omelette o pancakes. En general tuvimos una muy agradable estadía y recomendamos este hotel con su excelente atención hacia el cliente.
