Check in was great. Dead bugs in toilet along with pink mold. Toilet broken but not discovered until into the night. Had to use lobby bathroom. Staff unwilling to assist due to 3rd party billing. Old run down rooms, used to be nice place. Asked for refund they said ask Hotels.com

This facility does not offer a 24 hr airport shuttle as was indicated on hotels.com. Their shuttle service stops at 10 pm; which meant we had to incur an additional $25 taxi charge. In addition, the ā€œfree breakfastā€, as was indicated in their service listings, is $18/person. Something that is not mentioned or posted prior to sitting down to eat.
