I will not ever return! I arrived around 2am and nobody was at the desk. I called the phone and finally woke up the night auditor who was sleeping in the back office. Then I get to my room. The key doesnā€™t work! I go back to the desk and wake him up again for a replacement. I walk back to the other building where my room is and turn on the lightsā€¦.ROACHES EVERYWHERE. The room was filthy with dirt and dust everywhere, crayon marks all over the walls, random crumbs on the floor

The room was a nice size and clean. It could use a new carpet and some repairs, but generally not a problem. I had a comfortable stay. The gym was tiny and most of the free weights were missing. But the machines did work. Overall fine and good value for the money

The security door was broken and ajar. Anyone could walk in. The smell of the dirty carpets was the next assault on the senses. The "efficiency " of the extended stay had zero pots, pans, utensils. Limited TV access. There was a toaster and a single cup coffee maker. At least the bed was clean. The sofa was so stained i was afraid to sit on it. Never again will go. It is an inexpensive room but GOOD Lord, you would think being part of a very high end shopping experience, the owners would try a bit more.
