Ok but won’t returning
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Pool was a little too cold. We had an absolute nightmare of a night with two young adult men next to us who were on drugs who yelled all night and slammed their door every 25-30 minutes just as I would fall asleep. I only was able to get two hours sleep. Security wasn’t helpful at all. He just knocked on their door saying ‘Security! Have a good night. ‘ Nothing about asking them to be quieter. So needless to say, we won’t be returning to any Holiday Inns. Food at the pub was ok. Soggy bun on the burger but Caesar salad was okay and my husband liked the pulled pork sandwich and sweet potato fries.

The "breakfest included" is for 2 people only. If you check for extra breakfasts they still only give you 2. The air conditioning only blows HOT air. Customer service is terrible and they do not speak English. Miserable place!

The tv service is always horrible half the channels are always frozen and the others are always in and out of service. I stay here at least once a week maybe more and this is a continuous problem not an isolated incident due to weather.
