The price was right. The pool was nice. The room was comfortable, but not fancy and no outside window. The breakfast was minimal. The hot tub was out of order.

The critical parts of the room were clean enough- bed sheets, towels, sink, shower. The facility is old and run down and it shows. Our room was on the indoor pool courtyard. No window facing out. Expected the room to smell like an ashtray. It didn’t. It smelled like the pool- chlorine. Overnight desk guy was nice. But won’t be back.

Needed an inexpensive place for a one night stay in Waupaca and this fit the bill. I thought it was great that they offered breakfast, but I wouldn’t say what they offered was really breakfast. Juice coffee, two bagels and cereal to me is not a breakfast.

We checked in and checked out after seeing our room. The property was unkept, dirty room, stained sheets, the couch was so stained , we were afraid to sit down on it, bathroom door was so swollen you couldn’t shut it. We want a refund!!
