The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful getting us into the room we had selected and paid for after learning that Expedia never submitted a request for us for the Whirlpool Suite.

Very friendly staff. Someone charged my room for something we didn’t order. The lady at the front desk reversed the charge without making a big deal about.
