Hidden costs!
Careful, hidden costs: the place charges extra for linen. Also not recommended for short term rental. One roll of toilet paper was the only consumable, no salt, pepper, dish washing detergent or more toilet paper that people usually require. There is also a deposit in cash and we received last minute cleaning requirements to receive the deposit back, which was weird. Otherwise ok and large place, the neighborhood is a bit boring, nothing walkable close by.

Schönes Haus jedoch sehr veraltet und ungepflegt
Wir waren 7 Personen in diesem Haus(zwei Familien) Die Betreuerin kam am ersten Tag um die Touristenpauschale zu kassieren, nicht das Haus zu zeigen, Schlüssel war unter der Matte. Mülltüten gab es keine im Hause, eine Aufklärung wegen der mülltrennung gab es erst nach der expliziten nachfrage und das erst am nächsten Tag. Am zweiten Tag haben wir festgestellt, dass der Kühlschrank nicht ordentlich kühlt. Man hat versucht uns zu helfen, angeblich haben wir den Kühlschrank zu voll gemacht und er braucht länger. Im Bad gab es kein Schloss - bei zwei verschiedenen Familien ist es jedoch ein Problem. nach einer deutlichen Ansage wurde ein Schloss drangehängt. Der Kühlschrank sollte besser werden, aber die Kühlakkus im Gefrierfach sind auch über Nacht nicht eingefroren.Getränke an der Tür waren nicht annähernd kalt. Nach zwei Tagen mussten wir unseren Wurstaufschnitt und die gekochte Hühnerbrühe weg schmeißen. Die Betreuerin schrieb eines Abends, ein Handwerker war da und stellte gest, dass der Kühlschrank ordentlich funktioniert. Es wurde besser, ja aber wirklich funktioniert hat es nicht. Internet ging übrigens auch gar nicht. Ich habe aber den Eindruck, dass das Internet generell ein Problem auf der ganzen Insel ist. Zur Austattung des Hauses - sehr notdürftige Ausstattung - genau 10 Gläser, wenige Teller, keine Schüsseln, kaputter wäscheständer. Zum positiven: der Ort ist nett, Alles schnell erreichbar, das Meer sehr nah. Schöner Garten.
