Negative side: staff. Was met with quite mean receptionist, who made fun of me when I said that I'd like to check in. "Oh really? Why else you would be here" maybe is not the best way to great your guests, huh? And when I was checking out, another receptionist came with greasy fingers, mouth full of something, still chewing. I mean, I understand that we're all humans and need to eat/have break, but maybe don't rush to the guest until you at least finish chewing your food. It's better to make customer wait for half a minute, rather than meet him in such a condition... Lift was useless, it was faster just to use the stairs to go 4th floor. Breakfast was nothing as advertised - just a bit of hot food, no cold cuts as shown in pictures. But it's included in the price, so not complaining too much. Staff collecting your plates while you're still eating. I mean, GIVE ME A MINUTE. There was black soot on the ceiling, coming from air con, above the bed, which I noticed only in the morning. Positive side: location, price, loved the room - bed was one of the comfiest I ever had, heated bathroom floor is a huge +, very quiet room. Overall, happy with my stay, just staff needs some basic training.

The hotel is basically OK, but there was no-one at reception when we arrived. There was a note to ring the bell if there was no-one at reception... But there was no bell! A small crowd of arrivals had gathered by the time the receptionist showed up, only after I phoned the hotel and kept the phone ringing for some time. Every other time I passed the reception desk during our stay, there was no-one there! Shocking!

This was our 3rd hotel in Stockholm in 10 days. Wouldn’t name which other hotels we’ve been at but our experience here was honestly beyond expectations. Don’t be fooled by the pictures and prices here, this place has the best breakfast spread and paid the most attention to detail when it comes to the little amenities you will need in your room. Only downside was the front desk did not accommodate late check out.

Convenient and clean and updated...
Good overnight stay close to train station, nice part of city. No blackout shades and construction occurring next door early morning, so not the hotel's fault. Room design very nice with larger than normal Euro shower.

Had a couple complaints: - the hotel doesnt have a on-site laundry facility, it is an off site service. The hotel posting is a little misleading. -- I tried to use this service and my items were not sent and i was not told about it, until i inquired about picking them back up. In which i was told the morning person thought they were "clean".... -the window area faces an alley - which can be noisy at night (something to note if you are a light sleep). they do provide ear-plugs
