Fabulous hotel, so many little but different touches that make this place stand out. The hotel staff are friendly and you get the sense they really enjoy their work and are valued. The nest is brilliant as are the spa and the gym. The breakfast was also delicious. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you

It was fairly good, but it wasn't fantastic. In general, there was not warmth and cohesiveness. It felt as if I was in Germany. But the city was beautiful.

Too expensive for what it is. A middling hotel without AC and maids that knock then two seconds later walk in on you (this happened twice). We had 3 in the room but towels for two, a bee trapped in the vent, and then taxis outside that scammed us. Not the greatest location—10-20 min walk to anything you want to do. But not terrible. If we had paid less we would have been fine with it but $500 a night is rough for a glorified Best Western.

We loved the setup of the room with the window seat. The bathroom was great, the bath products smelled wonderful and the shower was powerful. The staff were courteous and helpful.

I expected this hotel to be great, but it failed in all the essential areas of stay. It felt like it was all smoke and mirrors - beautifully designed, but service and comfort of stay were terrible. When we arrived, my sheets were dirty. The air conditioner wasn't working and it should be noted that guests do NOT have control to change the temp in their rooms. We complained to the front desk and they said all fans had been loaned out, but nothing could be done. The wifi was not consistent. Breakfast, which was an extra fee, was almost inedible. People were leaving their under cooked food on the buffet and the staff had a hard time keeping the buffet stocked. We stayed at 2 other Scandic hotels during our travels and didn't have nearly as many issues as we did at Downtown Camper. Super disappointing as this was more expensive than the other hotels, and it was our worst stay. We were there 6 nights, and it never improved despite our asking the staff for assistance/help.

Wonderful property with lots of activities included in your stay. Kids enjoyed marshmallow nights and awesome hiking suggestions for parks around the Stockholm area. Lovely staff and fantastic room and public spaces. The hotel bar downstairs was fantastic and a very relaxing place to hang out in. There is a net loft over the lobby that offered a nice unique space to just relax and read.
