This was an absolutely wonderful hotel experience- the best one of our six week tour through Scandinavia. The hotel design and spaces are super cool. The street and park directly across are their own local destination. The staff is amazing and provide awesome advice, history, tips. The breakfast is the nicest we’ve experienced on our trip. The food and team at dinner are great too. This is what a boutique hotel experience is supposed to be.

We greatly appreciate the staff's excellent customer service. Hotel's location is excellent and very convenient to everything. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The room is clean and has everything we needed. The adjacent restaurant has great food. Should we decide to come back to Stockholm in the future, we would not hesitate staying at Hotel Rival again.

Hotel Rival was a wonderful part of our vacation. The design of the rooms and the whole hotel was great. The breakfast each morning was also wonderful. Excellent hotel with friendly staff in a very good and convenient area. Lots of restaurants, nice stores and close to everything that you want to do in Stockholm. Breakfast buffet was very good and a nice bar in the hotel. Will definitely return again.

This hotel stands head and shoulders above the rest largely because of the amazing staff. They went above and beyond for us and even let us have a later check out as my partner was sick. Comfortable surrounds with a nice buzz from the theatre. Easy to get everywhere by metro or scooter. Would thoroughly recommend. Only found out later that it’s owned by Benny Andersson from ABBA
