Can really do with some cleaning. And can at least provide soap so people could wash their hands in the bathroom. There was none when I was there at all.

Worst experience of my life

The worst possible stay I’ve ever experienced. Everything was horrible about it. Never got a code to the front door. The front desk was closed. Never got a room key. They didn’t answer any of my 25 phone calls to their emergency phone number. Never got any information in either a phone call or in form of an email. Communication was non existent. Fire alarm went off for 30 minutes at 1:30AM-2:00AM... On top of this Hotels.com chose not to refund me simply because the hotel denied the request. Even though I explained it all to two Hotels.com agents online for one hour. Simply the worst customer service and experience. Never doing business with Hotels.com.
