Enjoy the small-town charm of Lodi at French Oak Cottage! This cozy duplex is just two blocks away from downtown, and offers all the comforts you could wish for. The main bedroom offers a King size bed and the secondary bedroom offers a Full size bed. With ample kitchen appliances and cookware provided to whip up your favorite dishes, this cottage has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Enjoy outdoor grilling on the patio or relax indoors while streaming your favorites on the TVs – no matter how long you decide to stay, we’ve got it covered here at French Oak Cottage!

We are happy to welcome your four-legged family members! The backyard is small - about the size of a large dog run, but the neighborhood is very walkable and there is a dog park only a couple blocks away. Please review the Pet Policies under the House Rules section. Please note that there is a $100 fee for each pet. All pets must be disclosed at time of booking and no more than 2 pets are allowed per reservation.

If you have a small baby, we can provide a pack and play and stroller, some toys, etc. Please let us know if this is something you will need.

You will access the property with a smart lock on the front door. Your code will be provided approximately 24 hours before check-in.

The home is cooled by a wall A/C in the living room and window A/Cs in each bedroom. The home is heated by a furnace heating system in the living room and space heaters are provided for each bedroom.

Wonderful stay
Location was great in downtown Lodi and close to everything! Our host made the check in/check out process easy and was very responsive. The place was clean and had a cute cottage feel. The little extra thoughtful amenities at the place made it feel like home away from home. We even found a boutique spa just down the road “perfect balance” I highly recommend!

Lodi visit with family
This was our second stay at the French Cottage. We love the location! Easy walk to downtown. The location is in the historic district which is a beautiful area to walk around. We will definitely stay again!

This little house is spotless, well appointed and in a nice friendly neighborhood. The AC’s were a bit noisy but we soon slept though them cycling on and off.

Wonderful will in Lodi
We spent a week in this lovely cottage while visiting family in Lodi. The house was very well stocked. It is located in a lovely older neighborhood only a few blocks from downtown. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed walking our dog around the neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again!
