It is a very green, rural and quiet area with well established forests and walkways near by.

There is a large private parking compound to the rear of the property with ample space for multiple cars. This is entirely free.

There is a bus stop approximately 30m from the property on the mean road. This has routes into Stockton, Durham, Hartlepool and other local villages.
