The cozy 3-room apartment (completely renovated 07-2017) in the Grossen Parower Str. 85, 18435 Stralsund is approx. 150 meters air line from the beach promenade.
The 3-room apartment is usually for 4 people (alternatively 4 adults and a maximum of 2 small children) and has the following features:

Die Wohnung und die Kommunikation waren super. Die Wohnung sauber und top eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Kinder haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung in guter Lage
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die gepflegte Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die zwei Bäder machen es für eine Familie komfortabel, hier möchten wir auch die Sauberkeit loben. Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns ebenfalls überzeugt: In 5 Gehminuten erreicht man den Strand, nach einem ca. 30 minütigen Spaziergang am Meer entlang erreicht man den Hafen und die schöne Altstadt. Für uns war es auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto nach Rügen (Binz, Sellin, Sassnitz...). Außerdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Bäcker...). Gerne empfehlen wir diese Ferienwohnung weiter.

Schöne Winterferien mit den Enkelkindern
Eine schöne Woche in Strahlsund. Wir waren im Hanse Dom,im Ozeaneum,auf Rügen, in Zoo in der Altstadt und in der Nikoleikirche. Sehr kurze Wege alles sehr gut zuerreichen. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub. MfG B. Reschke

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war einfach wunderbar! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sauber, sondern auch gemütlich eingerichtet. Und das Beste ist, dass es hier in der Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Wir können ganz bequem alles besorgen, was wir brauchen, ohne lange Wege zurücklegen zu müssen. Wir haben auch festgestellt, dass die Busanbindung hier gut ist. Wir konnten bequem und schnell zu den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugszielen gelangen.

Stralsund / Gästewohnung
Wir waren noch nie in Stralsund und haben in den 2 vollen Tagen (3Übernachtungen) viele schöne Dinge erlebt. Das Ozeaneum war für uns ein muss. Es war unbeschreiblich faszinierend und es wird nicht langweilig. Wir waren über 2h im Ozenaeum und wären gerne noch geblieben, wenn wir nicht noch einen weiteren Termin gebucht hätten. Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen sowie viele interessante und schöne Café's und Restaurants. Jenachdem wie gut man zu Fuß unterwegs sein kann, sollte man sich auf jeden Fall einen Netzplan der Buslinien besorgen. Stralsund ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert und wir kommen gerne wieder. Unsere Gastwohnung war sehr angenehm. Sogar mit Ladestation für E-Autos. Mit dem zusätzlich gebuchten Parkplatz hatte es leider nicht geklappt, aber es sind wirklich in unmittelbarer Nähe weitere Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Ausstattung (Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe, Bettwäsche u.a.) der Wohnung war gut, könnte mitunter aber mal ausgetauscht werden (Geschirrspülbrand und für 4 Personen nicht vollzählig). Da wir zu der älteren Generation gehören, fehlte uns leider ein Schuhanzieher :-) . Ansonsten war die Ferienwohnung sehr angenehm und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte auch gut.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön hergerichtet und man hat sich gleich wohlgefühlt. Zum Stadtstrand ist es ein sehr kurzer Weg und über die Strandpromenade ist man in 20 Minuten am Hafen von Stralsund und auch gleich in der schönen Altstadt.

Nach Ankunft am Urlaubsort wurden wir vom Vermieter am Bahnhof abgeholt. Die Ferienwohnung geht über zwei Etagen. Sie ist hell und es ist alles vorhanden um es sich gemütlich zu machen. Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter und konnten die meist Zeit im Freien verbringen. Die Nähe zum Wasser ermöglicht ausgiebige Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren. Die Altstadt von Stralsund gehört verdient zum Weltkulturerbe.

uns gefiel auf Grund des Inserats die Wohnung, wurden jedoch von der Realität ein wenig ernüchtert. Die Lage in einer Häuserzeile aus der ersten Hälfte des letzten Jahrhunderts war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Wohnung war renoviert und ging über steile Treppen in zwei Etagen. Die Treppen knarrten jämmerlich, genau wie die Böden beider Etagen( Balkenlage). Wir trauten uns kaum aufzutreten, denn der untere Bewohner wurde sicherlich stark belästigt. Auch für uns war es nicht angenehm. Das Sofa stand weit in der Dachschräge, so dass ein Mensch über 180 nicht aufrecht sitzen könnte. Ansonsten könnte man mit der Ausstattung zufrieden sein, nur die Herdplatten brauchten lange Zeit, um Wasser zum Kochen zu bringen. Und € 2.50 pro Tag , um das Auto vor der Tür abzustellen, ist piffig. Oder Zubrot für die Schlüsselübergabe ???

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Uns hat die Wohnung sowie Ihre Lage sehr gut gefallen. Zwar knarksen die Dielen, das macht aber auch einen gewissen Charme aus. Man findet alles, was man für eine Woche Urlaub benötigt, und noch mehr ;) Perfekt fanden wir die Lage abseits der Altstadt direkt am Strandbad. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt und am Hafen. Unterwegs findet man einige Spielplätze, was auch die Kinder zum Laufen motiviert.
