Impossible to contact them … the phone # provided on their website and on Expedia is dead.We we’re told to call them to arrange check in .. impossible to do so we showed up … no one was there finally someone showed up at 5 pm. Paid for parking and we’re not told where to park had to return to desk to figure out parking . Breakfast was extra, 10 euros and terrible .. no hot food like other lovely buffets we’ve had in Germany. Poorly equipped kitchen. Also EXTREMELY loud on the street night and HOT , no AC. And a quick FYI we are VERY experienced travelers and know what to expect for the price. This place definitely was disappointing.

A studio for two
We arrived too late for checkin, but got in thanks to very helpful texts in English from the hotel. The apartment was very comfortable and great value: roomy, with everything you need to cook a basic meal. I loved having access to the pool.

I hated the hotel. No airconditioning, hotel didn't open until 5pm, no restaurant, terrible location. I left and went to another hotel and had to pay extra money but had a lovely room, airconditioning and right across from train station with lits of restaurants and lots to do.

I won't come back here
No ventilator nor Central cooling system. Windows don't have bugs nets. Since it was very hot, I had one of two choices, either open the window and enjoy the sound of the cars outside or sleep in an oven. The bathroom makes 50% of the room, no curtain in the shower, so water runs on the floor.

Excellent accommodations met our every need. Very clean, staff extremely courteous and helpful. Had a room especially for bicycles. Property a leisurely 30 minute stroll to Little France. Tram right near property.

5 day stay, no problems.
The room was very clean and felt like new. The kitchenette is compact but it has the basics you might need for a short stay so it was very useful. As soon as you check in, I recommend you talk to the staff about all the amenities the hotel offers so you can keep them in mind. Staff is very friendly and helpful so don't hesitate to talk to them. Lovely stay all together. My only concern is with the shower. It works fine BUT it lacks something to put the soap and the shampoo at a decent height, so I hope you don't mind bending over to pick up the soap.

Let itself down a bit
So this was our second stop here, on the way home from the Alps. My previous good impression was slightly spoiled by the fact that we discovered that the old bedding from the sofa bed had just been bunged in a wardrobe, and hadn’t been replaced with clean. I suspect we were the first people to stay in the room who used the sofa bed since the previous weekend when we used it on the way to our holiday. When I told the receptionist that we had old bed sheets, she didn’t really believe me and sent the chambermaid to check for herself. Quite French I thought not to trust the word of the customer. Again the pool was a welcome refreshment but there were some students drinking there (from a glass bottle) that wasn’t exactly conducive to a family environment. (The property is a joint enterprise with a university residence) The area is well served by restaurants and shops and we enjoyed a lovely Tunisian meal at Restaurant Arostide a short walk away. One final irritation, the curtains in the living room don’t meet in the middle, bit of a pain when you’re using it as a second bedroom!

A new place, good night stop enroute the Alps.
This was a quick stay enroute to a skiing holiday. The check in instructions were a bit contradictory and you have to make special arrangements if not arriving before 7pm, as reception is not 24/7. Also we requested a baby cot, and indeed got one but these are apparently on a First come first served basis, and we got the last one of the 3 they have. Would have been nice to know in advance as we could easily have packed our own. Similarly the on-site parking is height limited at around 2.0m (don’t quote me on that) and our SUV with roof box didn’t fit. There is parking on street but you have to be lucky to get a space. There is a small grocery store, a couple of bakeries, and a few restaurants immediately nearby, and a tram line into town. The pool was nice to splash about after a long journey. We didn’t take the breakfast as it was overpriced at 10Euros per person, including children so self-sourced from the bakery. Room was very keen, and tidy, all brand new. Note they don’t supply sheets/blankets for the infant cots either!
