Was nothing like the pics on site. Booked three nights left early first morning. Asked for my money back. Still waiting. Pics I have show patch work on walls, dirty mirrors, tub peeling. Was not cleaned, cobwebs in corners, lid up on toilet. Do not book is my recommendation

The whole experience was terrible. There’s no check in desk, just a number to call. The room was clean. The only window looked into a stairwell. The remote didn’t have any batteries and without a check in desk, the only option was to call the number at 11 pm when I discovered the problem. There wasn’t even a glass to use at the sink. The air conditioner barely worked. At least the room appeared clean

Poor experience
The place was hard to find, keypad to get in didn’t work properly, every time we’d open our room door an alarm would sound, little bed, excessive mold on shower certain and tub wall by faucet, when I tried to call the number on the door to ask if they can change the shower curtain it went straight to voicemail and voicemail was full so had to deal with showering with black mold by my feet.

The cost was great. Did not deal with anyone was given security code daily to get into building and kep to the room. Shower curtain could of been changed.

Lax cleanliness, no handrails in the tub. I fell in the tub and hurt my back, shoulder. You have to beg to get toilet paper(I had no toilet paper for 3 days. I had the use tissues). Also had to ask for towel and wash cloth and plastic bags for trash. Pathetic place. Please

Employees are nonexistent, and do not care
As I walked in my room, the tv was plugged in, on and the screen was visibly destroyed it looked like a Kaleidoscope. Only had a 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper, with no spares. Despite calling about both 10 min after checkout neither issue was resolved. Everything is stained, mirrors dirty, trash under our beds. a clear lack of care and attention to their hotel.

This place is to my surprise the worst we’ve ever been. It’s a self-checkin and Self-checkout place, more like an AirBnb rather than a hotel. The hotel address on the website isn’t exactly the real address (because the address they used is actually a real hotel but different from this one). The facility and everything in the room are very old and dirty with toilet and mirrors not being cleaned, hair in the bathroom floor corners, and blood stains on the towels. They only left us 2 big and one small towels, and very small amount of toilet paper. I called the service multiple times asking for more toilet paper and towels, but never had any delivered. They don’t have any front desk or staff present in the building at all. There was also evidence of incomplete and shoddy repairs, like drywall with cracks and construction paste in the bathtub. It was super loud if anyone was talking outside downstairs or talking or using the bathroom in the room next to us. It was absolutely a nightmare and I couldn’t sleep the whole night.

Overall our staff was quite pleasant. Building and rooms are certainly in need of some improvement. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room was quite and no issues with other guests. My main concern was that the smoke detector appeared damaged in our room. The air conditioning unit wasn’t particularly cold but it wasn’t overly hot in our visit. Our room was clean and comfortable but has definitely needs some TLC. If your just looking for a place to lay your head for the night it will do the job. We would stay here again but would definitely request a room with a smoke detector that didn’t appear damaged.

Never Recommend!!!
This room definitely was a NO FRILLS room. We only received 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. No washcloths. My boyfriend had to use a sock for a washcloth and to wash off his face after shaving. We requested 2 washcloths the first day, but never received any. There were major safety hazards in our room. No lightbulb coverings, missing bulb in socket, air conditioner loose and leaning in wall, with masking tape on to hold panel shut, which was no longer sticking and panel hung open. A queen bed frame with a double bed mattress. We constantly were hitting our shins on the bed frame. We even had to take our garbage {not much} out when we left. We would never recommend and do not know why this is even listed as a place to stay on Hotels.com
