Overall property was great. Refurbished rooms, unique layout and design, great location and very convenient. Two downsides were staff availability during check-in check-out and hearing the music from the pub below until 2.30 a.m. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay.

Room was cold, it was a very large room approx. 28x24 with a loft with 2 single beds and the toilet/shower, trouble is to access the toilet at night you had to climb 13 steps, room also noisy, road traffic, airplanes taking off from a local airfield and even a flock of geese could be heard clearly, we had neighbours and you could hear the “snick” of the door lock, couldn’t hear the lively bar under the room though! Parking across the road, works but a bit inconvenient because of the very busy street outside
Skylight, no way to shut off the light, right over the king bed too
This is the only heater on the main floor for a 28x24 room it took it all night to warm the room from a chilly 18’c - and it was chilly to 20’c

Our stay at Bentley's was made terrible by the noise created by a neighbouring room late into the night (3:00 am when someone finally yelled to shut them up). There was no one on the front desk to complain to so the noise continued unabated all night. Unacceptable. The bedding is awful. The bottom sheets aren't fitted (weird in itself) and too short. That results in scrunched up, uncomfortable sheets that come untucked if they're even tucked in in the first place.The duvet is far too warm for the season with no lightweight blanket to replace it. We had to request more milk from front desk as there was only one available in the fridge when we arrived. I will think twice about staying here again or recommending it to friends. I visit Stratford annually.

This place is a find! The suites are brand new and so comfortable, well appointed and complete with all bathroom and kitchenette conveniences. Bentleys bar and restaurant is right below, and you'd never know-- so airy and quiet. Walkable everywhere in Stratford, and safe indoor parking right across the street. We're coming back here--our new favorite place to stay!!

A fantastic stay
An amazing bi-loft, clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It’s conveniently located in the downtown area. You can walk anywhere. If you come by car, there is underground parking provided by the hotel. Comfortable beds and a lot of room. The layout of the loft is unique and there is everything you need. Having a restaurant and a bar downstairs is a huge bonus. The food is delicious and prices are excellent and much more affordable than in some other restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Loved the loft-style room and the downtown location, walking distance to all of the theatres is a huge plus! Thre is no elevator so rooms are not Accessible.

This property has been beautifully renovated. The only thing lacking was a place to hang up clothes (perhaps a wall-mounted rack with a few hangers would suffice). Our room backed on to the parking lot and was extremely noisy at night once the bar downstairs closed. Many people stood around smoking and talking very loudly both nights we were there.

Good location; no relief from sunrise at 5 AM
Brentley's is in a great location. Biggest problem: Our room was one of 5 that have a skylight instead of a window. There is no shade for the skylight. So in mid-June, the bright sun streaming in at 5:00 AM made it impossible to sleep. When I asked staff about that, they said they considered putting in a retractable shade, but decided not to because "kids might throw things on top of it." If you stay at Bentley's in the summer, be prepared to wake up VERY early!
