Room was good and comfortable but it was a very hot night and there was no air conditioning or any way to cool down. Windows open but people stood outside the window and smoked …. It wafted up Road noise too noisy

After a long day visiting customers, it was a perfect way to relax staying at the Bell. Stunning location , brilliant sevice and a quite breath taking room Next morning feeling refreshed for the nexts day visits . Would recommended to anyone

Amazing staff
The staff make the place.. so friendly and accommodating, I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. The room was lovely.. the only down side for me was the lack of windows, just a skylight.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Bell. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. The breakfasts we had were probably up there with our best ever. Well done chef and your team! Our room was in the converted barn section which was lovely. We only had one small issue with the bathroom radiator which we couldn't switch off. We reported it and was fixed the following day. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. If we are ever in the area again we know where to stay. Thank you all.

Everything was excellent. We stayed one night & didn’t get the breakfast included. Had dinner which I can thoroughly recommend. The breakfast we decide to get too was great. Setting lovely, wasn’t able to eat outside but wish we could have. If we are in the area again we will definitely book. Room super, only prob we had heating on high but sorted that.

Lovely place gorgeous rooms. Delicious food & very friendly helpful staff. We didn’t mind but other than the pub there is nothing in the little village but easy to get to places from there. Just depends on what you are wanting from a mini break.

Fab return visit
Return visit as we enjoyed our stay so much last time. We were in room 1 this time. Not as big as room 3, but still comfortable, clean and well appointed. Breakfast again did not disappointed, with eggs Benedict and eggs royale on the menu as well as vegetarian options amongst other things. Staff are lovely, friendly and accommodating and a real asset to The Bell. We had dinner at The Bell and again it did not disappoint. However, on the downside - the radiator in the ensuite could not be turned off or down and we ended up with the windows open all day/night. We prefer a separate shower to one over the bath. The room would benefit from a coffee machine (eg Nespresso). Another great stay and we expect to return for yet another visit.
