Ground Floor
Living Room:
Stepping straight into the living room you instantly feel this cottage's character. The wooden floors flow through to the hallway stairs and your eye catches the mustard yellow details and wood burner. A sofa and armchairs provide space for the group where you can curl up with a book or watch the news with your morning coffee.
Kitchen/Diner:
The spacious kitchen is a chef's dream. Wooden worktops wrap around one side with contemporary grey units sitting alongside a Belfast sink and traditional feature taps. The double oven is perfect for cooking up a feast which you can enjoy at the industrial style dining table overlooking the garden through patio doors.
Cloakroom:
Not usually a feature that you'd shout about, at Trinity Cottage it is a hidden oasis. With deep green walls, bright white tiles and foliage inspired artwork it is a lovely addition to this cottage.
First Floor
Family Bathroom:
At the top of the stairs is the family bathroom, blending traditional styles with modern touches. The tiled floor has a wooden effect while the walls are a crisp white. Above the clawfoot bath is a rainfall shower with classic fittings, and there is a sink and WC. Fill the tub with bubbles and take your time to enjoy this lovely room.
Bedroom One:
The first bedroom has a double bed looking out over the garden to the houses beyond. The metal bed frame sits between two bedside tables and there is a shelf with hanging space for keeping your clothes. Wonderfully plump bedding will help you drift off in this quiet room towards the back of the house.
Bedroom Two:
The second double bedroom is larger with an exposed brick wall painted a light grey adding interest to the room. Above is an antler style light fitting, another touch of character. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers and a full-length mirror to get ready before heading out for a meal on nearby Sheep Street.
En-Suite:
The second bedroom benefits from an en-suite with a WC and sink. An industrial wood and metal unit holds the sink beneath a large mirror in a wooden frame. This handy en-suite will make getting ready in the mornings a breeze.
Bedroom Three:
Finishing this cottage is the single bedroom. Providing flexibility for groups of friends or perfect for a child it has a full-sized bed and a wardrobe with drawers for storage.

To the rear of the cottage is a lawned garden with a patio and shrubbery planted along the side. A table and four chairs give space for taking breakfast outside or enjoying an evening drink once the children are tucked away in bed.
