Nothing to like anything about this property. To describe as hotel in not correct as it cannot be described even as bed and breakfast. Very dated and bedding which was old and scratchy. Leak in the sink in the bathroom. No extra duvet and heating not working properly. We were supposed to get garden view room. The view from our room was dump yard infested with mouse. Photo available. Definitely not worth for the price charged. I would say anything above £45 is not worth paying. Breakfast was to be charged extra but was told it is out sourced. We left as soon as we ready and went to nice cafe a minute away for breakfast.

Such an amazing place for our family! The staff was absolutely amazing and made our experience wonderful! I would recommend this place to everyone traveling to Scotland and visiting near Inverness.

Staff was very friendly and amenable. Wonderful little restaurant on site with excellent food. Rooms were charming and it was a breath of fresh air in the countryside.
