Leave your busy life behind and spend time in Kootenay paradise. This unique 5 acre property is located 40 minutes north of Creston in the heart of Kootenay Lake. With over 1000 feet of lakeshore you can enjoy privacy and serenity. Bring your boat, Seadoo, raft, fishing boat and leave them on shore or tie them to the bouys. If you want to park at a marina you can pay for a slip at Cedar Point marina. Take a walk to the waterfall on the property and drink from the fresh mountain water stream. The house is a cabin with 920 sq ft which offers a full kitchen and a large comfortable living room with TV and internet. The deck is where you will spend most of your time looking out at the unobstructed views of the Kootenay Lake and mountains. This is a very special property that will allow you to rest and recover while enjoying family and friends.
