Being from the US, we didn't know why our room was "warm" lol Also stayed during and because of Oktoberfest so didn't expect it to be quiet :) Breakfast buffet was very good. Not used to having to pay for parking. Different practices for different countries....

Service was ok, was able to check In early. However, the room had an awful smell. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It did not feel clean, the walls were dirty. The bathroom sink leaked and the shower spilled water everywhere. Disappointed with Hilton.

Great location for visiting the Mercedes Benz museum. Corridor carpets need cleaning or replacing. Air con a bit noisy in the room. Otherwise very good and enjoyed the wellness area and relaxation room.

Perfect location for Euro2024
Perfect location for the football. On the doorstep of the stadium. Comfortable rooms, nice sauna and helpful staff, with a short walk to the tram stop too. Thereā€™s not much in the neighbourhood apart from the stadium.

A Good Hotel.
Having parked the car in their underground car park we were met by a charming receptionist who checked us into the hotel and issued us with our door key cards. The large room contained all that was required, including a fridge. We did not have any breakfasts so cannot comment on the food however, we did have a burger in the evening which was large and adequate. This is a smart clean hotel right next to the football stadium. I would return and have no trouble in recommending.

We got a suite with a sauna. The sauna didnā€™t work. I called the front desk. They said they could not help me. I asked for a reduction in our fee since we paid for a sauna. They said I booked through Expedia so they could not help me, I called Expedia who tried to get me a discount but the hotel said no. Itā€™s too bad because the location is very nice if you are going to a game, but it was very loud until 1 am and then very loud at 8 am with the crews cleaning up, be aware if you want to stay during a game. It was a great idea but they are unwilling to help you if there is a problem

The air conditioning was not working. After taking to the staff the issue wasnā€™t resolved. The rate per room is not worth it without a functioning air conditioner.
