You can hear the room next to you opening / closing their door or showering. There is one luggage rack and no elevator for the second floor. The one worker said they would give me an early check in if I left a 5 star review, but if not, I'd have to pay the early check in fee.

Very strong ordor in and out gave me a headach and it felt dirty. The window was bolted shut so I could not air anything out. Sink clogged, empty conditioner, hairs on bed. and I had to come down three times for those issues because the phone in the room was not working either. Why don't they have refund policy when they don't do their jobs properly while other businesses have the refund policy?

Room was not cleaned properly before arrival. Sink didn’t drain, no hand soap in bath, filthy area under the bed, shower head level too low for easy use for 5’10” person. Breakfast area not well maintained, ran out of coffee and juice, garbage container overflowing. No grab bars in slippery tub.

Let me start by saying that the staff of this property really care about you. Receiving a water/snack giftbag at check in was a first anywhere for me and was really welcomed after a long drive. The rooms are clean and standard 👌 big bottles of dove shampoo conditioner and body wash in bathroom, not those little bottles. And breakfast was fantastic 😋

Property is dated. The sofabed in my "deluxe" queen room had tears in the leather arms and seat cushions. Doors to the rooms are dirty. Breakfast is good but now they use paper plates and plastic cutlery. I used to work at this hotel in the 80's as did other members of my family when it was privately owned and called the Northbury hotel. It certainly isn't the upscale hotel it was back then
