Welcome to this coastal hideaway in enchanting Summerland. Admire amazing ocean views paired with classic California charm.
When you walk in the front door, you will be filled with a sense of wonderment by the open flow of the home, which is enhanced by the floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The full kitchen has wraparound tile countertops that are perfect for food preparation when making snacks or family-style meals. The kitchen opens up into the upstairs living room and makes for the perfect entertaining space. The upstairs living room has a comfy couch and amazing ocean views from the huge windows overlooking the treetops. The large sliding glass doors open up to the upstairs deck, which has plenty of seating area and is our favorite spot to enjoy morning coffee while watching the ocean waves. Two guest bedrooms are located on the main level with a shared bathroom.
The upstairs living room has a unique spiral staircase that leads down to the second living room, complete with a big plush couch, a TV, and a second patio area. The downstairs floor has the main bedroom which has a deluxe bed, TV, and private bathroom. Enjoy a second entrance into our house on the bottom floor, which allows for our guests to come and go without inconveniencing others.

Summerland - this town's name says it all! Summerland is a classic California beach town, located just five miles south of Santa Barbara. Lillie Avenue is dotted with antique stores, cozy cafes, and locally owned shops punctuated by charming cottages. Summerland is rich in history; tour of all the town's landmarks such as The Big Yellow House and Summerland Church. Summerland Greenwell Preserve is a beautiful spot to enjoy native California plants and wildlife. Located northeast of town, this preserve is known for its native wetland plant species.
The town's central beach is framed by Lookout Park; watch the breakers from above and take in the breathtaking views. Lookout Park has a beautiful beach for sunbathers, surfers, horseback riding, and so much more! Summerland Winery is right on the main drag down the street from this beautiful house. You will seriously have it all!

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The home and the entire town of Summerland are located by the 101 Freeway and train tracks. Please keep in mind that the traffic noise travels and may be heard from at the home. In addition, the home does not have air conditioning; as a result, during hot days, the windows are typically open to help cool the home down with a cross breeze.
The home has a narrow spiral staircase to access the ground/basement level floor.
Ants and spiders are common in the area, especially during the heat and rain. We provide spray that is safe to be used around people, food, and children that uses natural extracts.
Parking at the home is parallel to the home on a one-way street. Large cars should be advised that the parking will be tight for large cars.

Security camera details: There is a ring camera at the front door that faces out towards the street/driveway.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
