LAYOUT
This suite has a split bedroom ground floor plan which makes it perfect for families. The open-plan living area features a fireplace and views of the courtyard complete with a smart TV with cable. With comfortable seating for 4 guests around the dining table, enjoy a beautiful meal cooked in the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm for your family or have a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes. Just off of the living room is your small covered patio with private hot tub that also leads to the Courtyard.
The master bedroom features a brand new king-sized bed and a full 3-piece en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (twin above queen bed) to accommodate 5 guests total. The sofa in the living area is not a sofa bed. There is also a second bathroom to complete this beautiful condo. Free WiFi, in-suite laundry and underground guest parking for 2 vehicles.
Crystal Forest is a long time favourite for families. You are just a short walk away from the main village, offering the convenience of being close to the restaurants, stores, and ski lifts, but you will feel relaxed and away from the hustle and bustle. This property faces the Crystal Forest courtyard away from the street, which is unique feature and great for young kids. Relax in the private hot tub while they play!

IN THE SUMMER
In the Summer, you will have everything on your doorstep! The Village is less than a 5 minute walk. There are endless XC biking and hiking trails, playground and outdoor games areas for the kids, nearby Canoe and Kayaking, and the very popular bike park and golf course! So much to explore for the whole family.
IN THE WINTER
In winter, Ski-in access by Sundance run, where you will take Rambler and cut off on the Mt Morrisey Connector which will take you to Crystal Forest (this unit being one of the closest to the trail!). Ski-out access is by jumping on the Mt Morrisey Connector which will take you over to both the Orient Express Chairlift and Morrisey Chairlift. It Is also just a short walk to the main village where you can ski down to the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts.
There is a Valley Trail that takes you straight to the Village by foot or the resort operates a free shuttle with various pick-up locations in Winter.
There are many more activities to experience in Winter – Sunpeaks has a brand new NHL sized outdoor icerink extremely close to Crystal Forest. You can explore the area by snowshoe, cross country ski, snowmobile, dog sled or horse drawn sleigh. Visit the tube park for some thrills and laughter or take the kids to the Bungee Trampoline area. The possibilities are endless!
Like many homes in Sunpeaks, this home does not have air conditioning. The home is equipped with a fan in each bedroom which will usually suffice in the summertime.

All of our units offer self-check-in.
Our team offers 24 / 7 support for all of our guests and in light of social distancing measures, we are happy to help you remotely with anything that you should need.
Our professional cleaning teams have great attention to detail and are also paying extra attention to disinfecting all high contact areas between each reservation.
BOOKING POLICIES

Standard Occupancy: 4 Maximum Occupancy: 5
There is a $25 charge per person per night over the standard occupancy. Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. We retain the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS.
Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.
GST is applicable and is collected on this website.
