Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
- Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
- Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
- Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
- Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
- Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

By land, the home is within 15 minutes of great lake front restaurant locations in Sunrise Beach. Just 25 minutes across the toll bridge into Osage Beach you will find the tourist opportunities such as water parks, go karts and miniature golf.
