This property was great, within minutes to beaches, golf courses, and shopping! It had great amenities, was very clean and surrounded with very pleasant neighbors! Will stay again and definitely recommend to others!

Great Condo
I was a little hesitant to book my stay after reading the previous reviews. Its a nice condo; clean with all the basics. It could use a kitchen upgrade but i wont deduct my rating based on that because everything is in working order. The screened in porch is where i spent most of my time. It's amazing out there at night. The proximity to the convention center was a 2min walk to my cousins wedding reception. Overall, I'd stay again.

Based on a review I read right before I got there I was worried if the unit would smell like dog urine. I was very happy that they cleaned this up and the place was really nice. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items, the bed was comfortable, and the elevator worked. Since the company is out of Oregon, it takes several hours to get an answer to a question. I never tried contacting the host though- that might have worked better. It’s a 15 minute drive to the beach. We don’t play golf- but it’s right there. Nice place to stay.

The condo was as listed. Just stay on the 1st floor. We were on the third and elevator was broke the entire time. Also, softer towels would surely be appreciated.

Sea Trails Golf Vaca
The condo was spotless upon our arrival and as advertised. Very accommodating for our dog. We had our own doggie supplies but bowls, a leash and poop bags were provided. Sea Trails provided several golf courses to choose from and we took advantage of the discount program. We were quite comfortable for our month long stay and Vacasa was very easy to work with. A couple of small issues came up and they responded almost immediately to my texts and provided resolution quickly. I highly recommend Sea Trails and Vacasa!

Clean but basic
Condo was in a well maintained area in a pretty central location. It was clean but pretty basic. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of bath towels but they were very rough. I think it would be nice if property management offered the weary travelers at least some bottled water upon arrival. There was no coffee either. The last thing I wanted to do was get back in the car and head to a grocery store. Just suggestions that could be really appreciated.
