Large 2600 sq foot duplex for Family Fun. Beautiful large ocean side pool for exclusive use by FINS Left and Right guests. All rooms are bright and fresh. Master suite has wall of windows leading to large private porch. Great room with game table. Kids TV area, 7 ceiling fans, 3 TVs. Movie channels, WIFI, 2 covered ocean side porches, 2 sundecks & sundeck near the beach access. Rockers, picnic table, charcoal and gas grills (guest provides all fuel), enclosed outdoor shower, 7-car parking. Book both sides to accommodate 28 (connecting door between Fins Left and Right). (Pool Heater with Surcharge).

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property.

Bed Linens provided (Beds in Bedrooms Only) For Weekly Rentals. No Towels Provided.

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***
