FINS to the Left - Fantastic Oceanfront Duplex with Large Beautiful Pool!

FINS to the Left is a spacious 2,600 sq. ft. duplex designed for family fun and relaxation. Guests have exclusive access to the large ocean-side pool shared with FINS to the Right. The home features bright, fresh rooms, including a master suite with a wall of windows opening to a private porch. The great room includes a game table, and there is a dedicated kids’ TV area. Amenities include 7 ceiling fans, 3 TVs with movie channels, WiFi, two covered ocean-side porches, two sundecks, and an additional sundeck near the beach access. Outside, enjoy rockers, a picnic table, charcoal and gas grills (guests provide fuel), and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. Parking accommodates up to 7 vehicles.

Included With Weekly Rentals:
- Beds are made upon arrival — this home comes ready for bed for a stress-free start to your vacation
- Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats provided for weekly rentals only
- Welcome Amenity Bag included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit
(Guests should still plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home.  Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property.

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88°F and can maintain a temperature 8–10°F above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if outside temperatures are below 55°F and are unavailable June–August.

Dated, dirty, not worth the price

Disgusting house but great week nevertheless. Absolutely not worth the price it’s listed for. Rundown, unclean, outdated. Needs a deep clean, some new furniture and linens, new carpets, a coat of paint and some serious bathroom upgrades. Notable low lights: Multiple rats in the pool drain. Stained and moth eaten linen. Mattresses insides spilling out and falling apart. Moldy and falling apart bathroom fixtures. Toilet flush broken. Water doesn’t drain. Ancient washer drier. Grimy paint peeling walls. Carpets filthy (hair). Faint smell of cigarettes and butts along the path to the beach and in the carport. Couch and chairs dirty and stained. Dishes greasy and unclean. Grill disgusting.

Was somewhat skeptical because of no ratings, but decided this met the needs of my family. We enjoyed the pool and the beach.
