Ideal location across from the sand dunes with the island’s best beaches located just across the street. If you enjoy surfing or fishing then look no further. Enjoy Phillip Island wildlife viewing from your holiday home: Wallabies roam the sand dunes just across the street, and shearwater birds soar through the sky from September through March. A nature reserve lines the property on one side. The Penguin Parade, one of the island’s main attractions, is just a short drive away.
