Everything is brand new including all appliances, fixtures, and bedding. 2BR & 2 Bath with some vintage pieces for character. Close to downtown Traverse City (10 Miles) and Sutton’s Bay (5 miles).
In light of COVID Virus, the home is extensively cleaned and sanitized. Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and first aid kit.
Enjoy swimming in the gently sloped sand bottom and/or enjoy the views from shore and have a beach fire in the fire pit. Jet skis and small boats can be pulled up on shore. The boat launch is less than 2 miles from the house. Kayaks and paddle boat provided. Eagles frequent one of the trees on the property. If you are lucky, you may see them fishing and perching in the tree.
Enjoy day trips to the quaint villages of Sutton’s Bay, Leland, Omena, Northport, Empire, and the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. This home is in the heart of Leelanau County wine country. Wine tasting and color tours in the fall.
After spending your day on the water or sightseeing, enjoy relaxing in the hot tub with views of the water.
Traverse City area amenities include Farmer’s Markets in the summer, brew pubs, specialty shops, and restaurants. There are numerous hiking trails and the Tart Trail for biking which goes from Acme to just North of Sutton’s Bay.
