My husband and I stayed for a week, with grandparents and 2 tweens. The house was spacious, well-laid out with tons of little thoughtful touches. The kitchen has everything one would need to cook for a family if that's your plan--don't sleep on all the phenomenal local restauants on the peninsula though! Debbie and her husband were fantastic hosts, even scheduling a call to discuss fun options in the area. Staying here couldn't have been easier, plenty of towels, linens, seating and comfortable beds.
The view was beautiful, so peaceful and felt remote, yet near both Suttons Bay and Northport. I especially loved waking up to the sunrise through the wall of windows overlooking the lake, watching the boats go out and local waterfowl including 4 swans on the last morning. We split our time between swimming, kayaking and using the SUPs at the house and exploring other beaches on the peninsula.
I would recommend staying here to anyone-- just bring some watershoes!
