Villa Gloria is located in a quiet village in Istria near the sea (only 8 km). The private pool of 24 sqm is located in a huge private garden of 1080 sqm. The garden is completely fenced and safe for children, with a swing-set, trampoline, children slide, a small toy-house for children, sunbeds around the pool and parasols.
A grill area is above the pool, with a stone built charcoal grill and a large dining table.

The house is nicely and modernly decorated. The ground floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, living room, kitchen and a dining room. The first floor has one more bedroom and bathroom. The basement has a very well equipped gym and game room - with fitness machines, table tennis, table football, billiard table and an electrical dart board.

Nice home. Not big but clean and nice pool. Supermarket Plodin 5 minutes by car, market in Labin (very poor compared to the Pula market) 10 minutes, Girondella beach (the best equipped beach in Rabaс) 20-25 minutes. Winery Matishka 5 minutes walk. A wonderful stay for a reasonable price.

Great 3 weeks in a lovey part of Istria
We had an excellent time at Villa Gloria, as a family of five there was plenty of room for us all. The house is split between 2 levels and we spent most of our time on the lower level, it has its own kitchen, bathroom and the games room which the kids and adults loved Antonella the host/owner was excellent, helpful, friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, highly recommended and we would book again. Cheers

Beautiful, well appointed villa.very helpful owners. 😀
Our family of 8 plus two infants found the villa spacious and well apponted. The pool was kept spotlessly clean and there are two kitchens one with easy access to the barbecue area. There is a shop and restaurant within easy walking distance. I highly recommend the villa as a good base to explore this part of Croatia, with it's lovely views and historic sites.

We had a lovely, restful holiday in this beautifully kept, modern Villa in a nice quiet village. Antonella looked after us very well. The games room was a bonus and the pool and outdoor facilities were amazing. Very nice local restaurant within walking distance. Many interesting places to visit during our stay.

Tolle Villa in super Lage. Alles sehr schön sauber. Im Ort gibt es ein kleines Geschäft und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir können es sehr empfehlen

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten.
Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. 2 kleine Kritikpunkte sind, dass man zum hinteren Garten mit Pool nur über die Haustüre vorne gelangt (allerdings gibt es unten noch eine Küche) und dass die Zimmer etwas hellhörig sind bzw. die Türen quietschen.

Die Villa Gloria ist super. Großer Garten mit Pool, viele Freizeitbeschäftigungen wie Billiard, Tischtennis, Tischfußball usw. Einzige Kritik die wir hatten, dass nur der Wohnbereich klimatisiert ist. Wichtiger wäre es für uns, dass die schlafräume klimatisiert wären. Zum Meer sind es 15-20 Autominuten, was uns aber vorher klar war und es uns egal war. Alles in allem top Urlaub gehabt

BUDI Urlaub mit Motorrad
Wir sind mit 2 Motorrädern und einem PKW angereist und haben sofort registriert, dass das Objekt wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es verfügt über 3 Etagen, mit 2 komplett und sehr modern ausgestatteten Küchen und mehreren Schlafzimmern und Bädern, somit ist auch Platz für größere Gruppen. Auch wenn die Sonne mal nicht ihr bestes gibt, ist vorgesorgt. In der unteren Etage sind professionelle Fitnessgeräte, Dart, Billard ebenso zu finden, wie ein Sat TV, ein Kamin und eine zweite modern und komplett eingerichtete Küche. Ich möchte den Leser nicht langweilen, indem ich hier alle high Lights aufzähle, erwähnen möchte ich aber noch den modernen Pool sowie die super überdachte Grillecke. Das Objekt ist komplett eingezäunt, so standen die beiden Goldwings sicher auf dem Grundstück. Die Lage ist ideal, als Ausgangspunkt für Motorradtouren durch eine fantastische Landschaft. Wir sagen herzlichen Dank an Familie Kiršić ! Wir kommen gern wieder, dann aber als größere Motorradgruppe - versprochen :-) Herzliche Grüße Ute, Yves und Burckhardt aus Thüringen

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus!
Das Haus ist perfekt für eine sehr große Familie oder wenn man mit mehreren Familien verreist. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder im Alter zwischen 9 und 12. Zwei voll ausgestattete Küchen, Reinigungsuntenstilien, Handtücher und vieles mehr sind vorhanden. Das Spielzimmer wurde nicht nur von den Kids, sondern auch von uns gerne genutzt. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt - perfekt für unseren Hund. Der Pool ist sauber und sehr gepflegt, so wie das gesamte Haus und Grundstück. Im Ort findet man einen Supermarkt mit Bäcker und ein Restaurant welches auch Pizza liefert. Benötigt man mehr Auswahl ist die Fahrt nach Labin schnell gemacht. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter Antonella und Dalibor sind jederzeit erreichbar und bei Fragen oder Problemen schnell zur Hilfe da. Wir bekamen tolle Restaurantempfehlungen und konnten den eigenen Wein, Schnaps und Honig genießen. Leider muss man für viele Attraktionen für die Kids weiter weg fahren, wenn einen das aber nicht stört, ist das Haus perfekt für jedes Alter und jede Generation. Von uns: KLARE WEITEREMPFEHLUNG!

Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Tolles riesengroßes Haus. Sauber. Unsere Hunde waren herzlich willkommen und konnten Dank des Zaunes nicht abhauen ;) Nette Vermieter. Viele Spiel- und Sportmöglichkeiten. Feuer- Grillstelle. Sehr ruhige einheimische Lage. Die Promenade, Strand + größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Doch sehr abgelegen.
