Villa "Romance"

Revive your romantic side on the property "Romance". A small house, about 30m2, made out of stone, wood and a lot of our love and dedication. The small house is surrounded by olive trees on 3000m2.
Suitable for couples and family with children. Pets friendly.

Location:
Raštane Gornje - a small village just 7 km away from the Adriatic sea coast, 10 km from the city of Biograd and 20 km from the city of Zadar. So it is near the Zadar airport, only 7 km away.
Except with the car, the house is accessible with public transport - the bus which drives from Zadar and Biograd. The bus station is 10 meters away from the property.

Paklenica, Krka, Kornati, mountain Velebit and lake Vrana. There is a lot of famous national parks and nature parks.
The area of ​​Ravni Kotari where the village is located in the nature, bike rides, jogging or just enjoying the sun, nature and sea.

The small house is supplied completely with energy from the nature. Power is produced through the solar cells and the water is collected from the underground river. The house is small, but the space is used to it's maximum. Mladen who is a professional carpenter and who brought the finest wood from Croatian province Slavonija. It is a small sleeping area for two persons on the second floor. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, and a toilet with a shower.

The property is surrounded by the traditional stone wall called "suhozid" and is very spacious. Despite being sutiated near the road it is very calm, especially during the night.

There is a possibility of preparing home made meals (meat with potatoes under "peka", homemade bread under "peka" etc.) by the hosts on a tradicional way for an extra fee. Mirjana is a professional chef who has spent all her life in this area.

The house is located 500m away from the first neighbor. You can buy fresh groceries at the local market or directly from the inhabitants.
Every morning, a remote bakery is driving at 8 a. m. where you can buy fresh products.

There are also two bikes available for you to use free of charge.
At the property there is also a small home grown garden with season vegetables which you can pick and eat how much you like, but we will be thankful if you also take care of the garden by watering it.

Absolutely beautiful getaway cottage in the Croatian countryside
We stayed here for nearly a week and just didn't want to leave - it's such a beautiful place! The cottage is lovingly finished inside and out; and being set off the beaten track in its own olive grove was really something special. The owners - Mirjana & Mladen - were so easy to communicate with and have thought of everything you need for a perfect stay; the cottage quickly became a home from home for us. We really enjoyed having Mirjana & Mladen cook a 3-course meal for us in traditional Croatian style - this was a real treat and absolutely delicious. We also loved all the little touches or things to explore in the olive grove, like the outdoor shower and bath, the vegetable and herb garden, the swings, lounging in the hammocks, or al fresco dining at sunset to the wonderful crickets chorus. Although the cottage feels secluded and far from any neighbours or noise (which we loved), it was very quick and easy to get to local shops, the nearby seaside town of Biograd, as well as the more well-known Zadar. Mirjana & Mladen also gave us some great tips for restaurants in Zadar. In summary, a perfect Croatian countryside paradise.

Perfect holiday home, ideal for those looking for a secluded off the beaten track location
Our hosts met us at their Villa on arrival, happily coming to meet us when we got slightly lost. Both the interior and exterior of the property are beautiful, even prettier than in the photos! We were met with a glass on homegrown wine and both Mladen and Mirjana were happy to chat about the area and make suggestions of places to visit. They also offered to come back one evening and cook for us in the traditional Croatian way, this offer was taken up and so appreciated. This was our favourite evening of the holiday with great food and good company, thank you! The villa sits in a large garden, perfect for relaxing in one of the hammocks but we were also able to spend a lot of time exploring, from here we visited Plitvice Lakes, the wonderful bear sanctuary at Kuterevo which was well worth the long drive through the Velebit Mountains and the magical city of Sibenik. A lovely holiday in a beautiful setting,would highly recommend.

Sehr schönes Anwesen in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben knappe zwei Wochen in der schönen und sehr sauberen "Villa Ronanca" verbracht. Alles ist mindestens so schön wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und wir haben uns alle vier sehr wohlgefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Herzlichen Dank an Mirjana und Mladen, die sehr bemüht waren, uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in ihrem Feriendomozil zu bescheren.

Lovely retreat
We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is set up with lovely details and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. In close driving proximity you find beautiful natural parks for walks, costal aresa and good cities. The owners are extremely nice and warm people who care about everything that makes your stay perfect, they even offered their help to fix the flat tire of our car. We will defenitely come back. Traumhafte Ruheoase
Zwei Wochen durften wir an diesem wunderschönen, ruhigen Ort verbringen. Mirjana und Mladen sind perfekte Gastgeber und haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sehr wohl fühlten und es an nichts fehlte. Nach jedem Ausflug - ob Zadar, Biograd, Krka Wasserfälle oder an einen der unzähligen Strände - war es jedes Mal aufs Neue eine Wohltat unter den Olivenbäumen oder im Badebottich zu entspannen. Wir haben fast täglich die Grillstelle genutzt und durften sogar einmal eine von den Beiden zubereitete Peka genießen - köstlich.

Herrliches Kleinod mitten in der Natur
Wir haben eine erholsame Woche in der Villa von Mirjana und Mladen verbracht und uns gut dabei erholt. Die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Villa liegt ungestört mitten in der Natur. Nach Biograd (alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) sind es rund 15min mit dem Auto. In der Villa gibt es ein Schlafzimmer und eine gute Ausziehcouch, zudem gäbe es die Möglichkeit, ein Bett unter der Dachschräge zu nutzen (dort wird es allerdings sehr warm). Nicht zuletzt weil die Vermieter die Wohnung selbst nutzen, ist die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet (allerdings ohne Backofen oder Mikrowelle). Absolutes Highlight ist aber der Garten im Olivenhain mit großer Terrasse, unzähligen gemütlichen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, einem Schwimmfass mit ca 1m Tiefe und einem offenen Kohlegrill. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Gemüse- und Kräutergarten, zwei Fahrräder für den kleinen Einkauf/Ausflug sowie eine Schaukel für Kinder. Das riesige Areal ist komplett umzäunt und liegt ohne Nachbarn nah an einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Mirjana und Mladen haben hier ein rundherum schönes und gemütliches Refugium geschaffen, in dem man sich herrlich erholen kann.

Tolle Location
Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Romantica verbracht...Mirjana und Mladen sind nicht nur hilfsbereite Gastgeber, sondern haben auch das ganze Areal des Ferienhauses mit viel Geschmackt und sehr vielen kleinen und wunderbaren Ausstattungsdetails eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen!

Bezauberndes Hideaway auf dem Land
Der Garten ist eine wunderschöne Oase, wo man sich wunderbar erholen kann. Es ist von allen Seiten nicht einsehbar, die Oliven Bäume spenden viel Schatten. Im Garten gibt es Gemüse zum selbst bedienen aber auch Schnittlauch, Petersilie, Thymian, Rosmarin, Basilikum und Minze. Der Lavendel zieht hunderte Schmetterlinge an und ab und zu kann man ein paar kleine Schildkröten im Garten entdecken. Das kleine Haus hat alles was man benötigt, die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet, grosser Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühler. TV funktioniert und die Fenstern sind mit Mückennetz ausgestattet. Vielleicht das einzige was fehlt ist ein Ventilator, Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit wenn man danach fragt. Sie respektieren die Privatsphäre von den Gästen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Sandra & René

Entspannung und Natur pur
Es ist atemberaubend schön. In Wirklichkeit ist es noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos im Internet. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und auch sehr hilfsbereit, kommen auch fix vorbei wenn man Hilfe braucht, trotz Beruf und Privatleben. Ein sehr netter Empfang bei der Anreise, alles wurde uns erklärt rund ums Haus und Garten und auch schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten und leere wunderschöne Strände wurden uns empfohlen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Und der Garten da fehlen mir die Worte es ist Entspannung und Natur pur. Der Pool ist sehr schön das Wasser ist auch sehr schnell warm. Wenn es mal am Strand zu voll ist kann man schön in Ruhe im Garten entspannen. Alles ist mit liebe eingerichtet und dekoriert. Zu dem schönen Gemüsegarten mit etlichen Gemüsesorten gibt es auch überall im Garten verschiedene Kräuter, toll zum Kochen oder Grillen. Wir Reisen sehr oft aber diese Unterkunft ist mit Abstand die schönste die wir je hatten. Vielen Dank nochmal an die netten Vermieter. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Nomen est omen...
...einfach romantisch - besonders abends, wenn im Kerzenlicht alle Olivenbäume mit den Sternen um die Wette strahlen. Für uns der ideale Ort, um auszuspannen und die Zweisamkeit zu genießen. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll gestaltet und die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit schätzen.

Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, hier findet er sie.
Ein ECO-Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Toll auch der kleine Pool, hier kann man sich immer mal erfrischen. Liebe, nette Vermieter, die ihre kleine Oase mit vielen kleinen Details hergerichtet haben (Hängematten, Liegestühle, Außendusche und -badewanne). Und in der Abgeschiedenheit Ruhe pur.

DUE CUORI UNA CAPANNA IN PIENO RELAX LONTANI DALLO STRESS
Casetta curatissima nei minimi dettagli, ecologica, e assai romantica specialmente al tramonto. La “mini piscina” è stata un’autentica salvezza nelle ore di calura ed è molto rilassante. I centri abitati con tutti i servizi e il litorale balneare sono a pochi chilometri e facilmente raggiungibili con l’automobile. Il grande barbecue permette di fare favolose grigliate di pesce fresco e di carne secondo la tradizione croata. I proprietari sono assai gentili e pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Una vacanza veramente riposante nella campagna croata, lontano dal caos delle città

Großartiges Kleinod in mitten eines Olivenhains
Das Haus befindet sich in mitten eines Olivenhains. Alles was man braucht, befindet sich im Haus oder in der Nähe. Man kann sogar Gemüse aus dem kleinen Garten nutzen. Es gibt einen Grill, einen großen Wasserbottich zum Baden, Liegestühle und Hängematten. Waren mit unseren zwei Kindern hier (3,5), und haben die Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen. Sie konnten überall rumrennen und alles erkunden. Die Vermieter haben einen Abend für uns gekocht (Kostet extra) und uns mit Tipps rund um die Region versorgt. Ein rund um erholsamen Urlaub. Kleine Einschränkung: wenn man Strand Urlaub machen möchte, sollte man wissen, dass man 10-15 Minuten Autofahren muss.

Ruhe und Entspannung pur!
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Mirjana und Mladen verbracht. Die beiden sind sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend und ständig erreichbar, sollte man Fragen haben. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der schöne, idyllische Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und da es keine direkten Nachbarn gibt, konnten wir die Ruhe genießen. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus, mit viel Liebe er- und eingerichtet
Mirjana und Mladen sind sehr zuvorkommende und aufgeschlossene Gastgeber. Sie empfingen uns mit einem vorzüglichen Mittagessen und gaben viele Tipps für unseren Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr individuell eingerichtet und wirklich gemütlich. Die Lage ist praktisch, denn man kann alle Nationalparks Kroatiens von dort aus erreichen. Auch die Stadt Zadar lohnt einen Besuch.

Tolle Unterkunft
Diese Unterkunft können wir nur weiter empfehlen, ruhig gelegen, schön angelegter Garten. Das Haus hat alles um einen entspannten Urlaub zwischen den Olivenbäumen verbringen zu können. Die Nutzung des Grillstelle mit dem großen Tisch ist einladend täglich dort zu frühstücken bzw. Abend zu essen. Waren angenehme Tage dort, außerdem sehr hilfsbereit waren Mirjana und Mladen. Entspannung unter Olivenbäumen
Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt bei Mladen und Mirjana. Das Haus liegt wunderschön ruhig und privat in einer Olivenbaumplantage. Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet jeden nötigen Luxus um ein paar Tage zu entspannen. Der selbstgebaute Grill ist für den gemütlichen Abend perfekt, besonders mit Mladens selbstgemachte Wein und Mirjana's leckerem Kuchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
