Perfect vila
The place was even more chareming as on the pictures. It has a beautiful very large garden with a big tree in the middle. The house itself was very nice and clean, the pool was perfectly clean and very big. It is placed in a charming little village not far from interesting mediaeval town of Svetvinčenat and also half an hour away of coast (Pula, Rovinj, Poreč ...). The host Dino was friendly and willing to help any time we needed. We would like to come again.

Our stay with 3 families
Overall the property is great. Its an old house, but everything works. The Airco in each room is very convenient and so is the clean pool and big gated yard. Its in the middle of nowhere so at nights are great for stargazing. No neighbors so there is a lot of privacy. The big tree in front of the house is magnificent and gives lots of shade. Property manager is very friendly, but doesn't speak much English. Bit of German and friendliness goes a long way. Couple of comments though bc no house is perfect. The house is old and therefore the floors in the attic and walls between bedroom are thin. You here everything. The shower downstairs is only a bath and there is no hold for the shower itself. Boiler is sufficient and provides warm water. The kitchen is small but ok to cook in. Outside eating in garen is great as long as you carry the tables outside. You are 10min drive to grocery store and the small town of Svetvinčenat has a great midevil festival in August. Overall great experience. Would recommend the stay.

Absolutely beautiful villa with stunning pool and a lovely garden & BBQ area. The small round pool was perfect for our toddlers. Owners live on-site and were extremely friendly and helpful (although very limited English). Car recommended - closest shop / bar / restaurant is about a 5-10 minute drive away plus plenty to do and see out and about (caves, towns, boat trips etc). Wifi in villa not great however I don't think they have fibre optic in this area yet. Only other thing to note is that there is not air conditioning in every room as described - I would imagine that the bedrooms without may get a little hot in the height of summer (it was around 20 degrees at night during our stay so having the window open was sufficient). 3 couples with 3 children aged 2-3 and all agreed that this is a fabulous property.

Das Haus mit Garten und Pool, ist wirklich wunderschön, auch wenn nicht mehr alles ganz neu ist, gibt es keine wirklich großen schäden oder weiteres wo man ein Problem hätte. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen aber den noch kann man in ca.30min alles erreichen (Strand, Pula usw.) Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und für alle Belange offen und Hilfsbereit. Können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Toller Erholungsurlaub fernab des Trubels
Wir - 8 Erwachsene mit 4 Kindern im Alter von 1,5 bis 6 Jahren - haben eine wundervolle Woche in der Steinvilla verbracht. Ein Kinderbett wurde bereit gestellt. Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang durch die Familie war freundlich und uns wurde alles wissenswerte gezeigt und erklärt. Bei Fragen und Anregungen wurde schnell weitergeholfen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Küche selbst und der Essbereich sind gut ausgestattet. Der Grillbereich draußen wurde von uns fast täglich benutzt. Bettwäsche, Handtücher fürs Bad und Geschirrtücher in der Küche werden bereitgestellt. Der riesen Garten und Poolbereich waren das Highlight für die Kinder und uns. Dass die Villa abseits liegt und auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt wird, sollte jedem klar sein, der die Lage auf der Karte anschaut. Wir haben 3x den Strand bei Funtana und Rovinj besucht, welche ca 35 Minuten entfernt liegen. Die restliche Zeit haben wir am und ums Haus verbracht. Wir kommen wieder!

We had a great week
We spent a week with seven people in the stone villa. Beautiful property with a great, evenly deep pool. We were able to sit outside for a long time in the wonderful seating area. A few little things in the house could use modernization, but it has such a wonderful Croatian charm. Everything was clean and well maintained. We recommend everyone to spend their vacation there.

Charmantes altes Haus mit großem Pool - Ein perfekter Familienurlaub!
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub mit Freunden und Kindern im Alter von 4 bis 8 Jahren und haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das weitläufige Gelände bot genügend Platz für alle. Der große Pool war definitiv ein Highlight, besonders für die Kinder, die dort jede Menge Spaß hatten. Das Haus selbst hat eine charmante, alte Atmosphäre, die uns besonders gefallen hat. Obwohl es etwas hellhörig war und der alte Holzboden gelegentlich knarrte, hat uns das überhaupt nicht gestört. Es trug vielmehr zu der authentischen Atmosphäre bei. Die vielen Bäume und der Pavillon sorgten für ausreichend Schatten, sodass wir auch bei Sonnenschein problemlos Zeit im Freien verbringen konnten. Der überdachte Sitzbereich mit Grillmöglichkeit war ein weiteres Plus. Er befand sich etwas abseits vom Haus, was bedeutete, dass niemand im Inneren gestört wurde, wenn wir uns dort länger aufhielten. Insgesamt war es ein fantastischer Urlaub, und wir können diese Unterkunft aufgrund ihrer Annehmlichkeiten, des schönen Geländes und des charmanten alten Hauses wärmstens empfehlen.

Schöne Villa mit großem Garten
Das Haus befindet sich außerhalb in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Platz im Garten zum spieln. Wir waren positiv überrascht da auf den Bilder noch eine alte küche und Bad waren. Die Räume sind neu renoviert worden. Man kann schöne spaziergänge machen. Der Pool ist groß und wir täglich sauber gemacht. Bei Fragen oder Problemen konnte man die Gastgeber anrufen und sie haben sich auch gleich um das Problem gekümmert

2 unheimlich tolle Ferienwochen
Wir haben Ferien mit zwei Familien gemacht. Insgesamt waren wir 12 Personen von Neun bis 48 Jahre. Es hat uns extrem gut gefallen. Das alte Steinhause ist altehrwürdig und absolut toll gelegen (wer die Ruhe sucht). Innen etwas dunkel, aber so sind diese Häuser eben, aber im Sommer ist man eh immer draussen. Alles war tiptop sauber und gut vorbereitet. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Wir hatten mal Probleme mit dem Pool, die aber sofort behoben wurden. Das Beste am Ganzen ist aber der Hausumschwung. Der Pool schön gross mit Liegestühlen, rund ums Hause 2 grosse wunderschöne Bäume die viel Schatten bieten, rundherum grosse Wiesen zum Spielen. Man kann sich überall verteilen. Der Essbereich ist gut geschützt mit einer super Grillstelle. Der Ausblick ist ins Grüne, man stört niemanden. Foli ist voll im Zentrum der Halbinsel so dass man auf alle Seiten (Rovinj, Pula, Porec etc und ans Meer) nicjt länger als 40Min hat. Uns hat es extrem gut gefallen!! Vielen herzlichen Dank

Schönes Haus
Der Garten ist äußerst gepflegt, wirklich schön! Wir hatten leider pech mit Wetter, weshalb wir auch früher heimgefahren sind. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, bedingt durch die schönen alten Holzböden. Wir wurden nett empfangen und hatten sehr viel Privatsphäre. Das Haus hat 3 Holzöfen. Nachdem es so kalt war, haben wir gefragt ob wir die Öfen auch benutzen dürfen. Vorallem den Wamsler in der Küche zum Kochen. Uns wurde gesagt, dass es kein Holz gibt. Auch nirgends zum Kaufen. Doch dann brachten sie uns eine ganz Schubkarre voll Holz und zwei weite Kisten. Doch leider schienen alle drei Öfen nicht funktionsfähig, bzw verstopft. Kurze Zeit später hatten wir das Erdgeschoss mit Hornissen voll... der Kamin war durch ein Hornissennest verstopft. Weil mir nicht klar war, ob die Vermieterin das wusste, habe ich sie drauf angesprochen und sie wusste von dem Nest! Sie erklärte mir, nicht die öfen zu befeuern, da sonst die Hornissen nach unten kämen...?!?! Wieso haben sie uns dann Holz gebracht? Das war ein absolutes No-Go. Wir hatten Kleinkind und Allergiker dabei!! Jeden Tag krochen Hornissen aus den Öfen! Nein, das geht gar nicht. Aber außerhalb von dieser Geschichte war alles okay. Die Lage war für uns perfekt! Am ADW in totaler Ruhe. Gepflegte Betten und Bäder. Überall Mückengitter. Staubsauger und Bügeleisen griffbereit. Das Internet ist etwas schlecht (also nichts für einen möglichen Homeoffice Aufenthalt), aber für einen Urlaub voll und ganz ausreichend. Ringsum viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten! Tolle Parks für Kinder und das Meer ist immer in allen Richtungen schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Herrlich entspannter Kroatienurlaub
Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie bereits zum 2. Mal in diesem schönen Haus. Der grosse Garten und der Pool sind wunderbar. Man hat viel Platz zum Spielen und Sonnen. Die ungestörte Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in ganz Istrien.Wir haben uns auch dieses Jahr sehr wohlgefühlt. Einzig die Ausstattung mit Gläsern , Tassen und Schalen könnte besser sein. Keine Teekanne und nur zwei Weingläser sind zu wenig für 10 Personen. Ansonsten perfekt für uns und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Hervorragendes Haus für mehrere Familien.
Große Gartenanlage, sauberer großer Pool, schönes und mit vielen kleinen liebevollen Details ausgestattetes Ambiente. Große Räume - vielleicht mag den einen oder anderen die Holzböden etwas zu arg knarren, doch die Ausstattung und das Ambiente macht dies vergessen. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Das Meer und die hübsche Stadt Rovinj ist in einer halben Stunde erreicht.

Kleines Paradies in Inland
toller, riesiger Garten und wunderschöner Swimmingpool. Die Laube mit Grillplatz ist super für entspannte Abende. Wir haben sehr schöne 2 Wochen verbracht. Man ist in 30 min am Strand von Rovinij. Das Steinhaus-Haus ist toll, aber in ein paar Ecken ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber wenig gestört hat.

Amazing place and lovely owners
Our stay in Dino's villa was amazing. The villa is situated in a remote village just few kilometers from Svetivicenat where you can find a supermarket, bars and couple of restaurants. The place is very clean, well kept and quiet. The owner lives in a house next to the property and it's always happy help. He takes care of the surrounding area, waters lawn etc. quite often. The villa is super well equiped and I cannot think of anything that is missing there. The pool is large and clean, there is even a shower with warm water if you need it before or/and after swim! Barbecue and bbq sitting area are amazing! You can switch the light on and enjoy your meal and drinks all night! Our favourite part of the garden was the lavender which smelled AMAZING during our stay. Rooms are large and spacious most of them have private toilet with shower and/or bath. I seriously couldn't fault the place and the owner even if I wanted to! Everything during our stay was amazing and at the end we bought delicious olive oil and homemade wine from Dino. We've had amazing holiday and we want to thank Dino and his wife once again!
