Pool was clean and refreshing. Equipment to cook own meals was fantastic. Safe car parking. Wotif deal was good, but wouldnt pay the normal price due to a few things that need to be improved.

We had a Family room. I was very happy. It was basic but excellent value for money. I requested extra towels and pool towels be placed in our room and they were. This is a great hotel. We used the pool and BBQ. Not the pay BBQ we lost a $1 but the other BBQ worked fine.

I travel to Swan Hill every 2 weeks. I like to stay at the Paruna as it is close to where I need to be. However....I will not be staying there again. 2 stays in a row when I woke in the morning my door was open. I left a note and spoke with the cleaners (as the managers are not on site, ever!). No one got back to me with any type of acknowledgement/excuse/reason as why this might happen. This stay I could not regulate the shower, the hot water kept dropping out. As there are so many options to choose from in Swan Hill I am going to give another Motel my fortnightly business.

We are sorry for not meeting your expectations in this matter, and hope we might be offered the opportunity in the future to do what we can for make up for this.The doors are all lockable from the inside, So we are unsure how the doors can be opening overnight. We will do a review of all locks to ensure they are engaging properly to ensure that guests do not experience the same in the future. Again, we apologise that this was a concern for you on more than one occasion and we will do what we can to rectify the issue promptly, so it doesn’t remain an ongoing issue for guests. Thank you
