Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. We had a wonderful stay at this property. The game room and hot tub were popular with kids and adults. Great location for us to attend a family event in Asheville, wander and shop in Black Mountain, and spend an afternoon at the nature center. Beautiful views from the front porch and bedrooms. Excellent rental property! Everything was set up nicely and the location was great! Perfect for friend trip or family getaway! We had a great time 🙂. Excellent amenities like the hot tub, fire pit, large porch with rocking chairs! Weren’t kidding about the bears!- we saw one eating out of the neighbors’s garbage on our first morning.

Mom’s getaway for a weekend! This house was beautiful and absolutely perfect!! Close enough to downtown to make (multiple) trips for meals. Close enough to the Parkway for hiking. Sunrise view on the front porch was a dream! We would all absolutely stay here again, and the host was very responsive.

HS GIRLS REUNION WEEKEND
A great location and perfect for our girls’ weekend! My car is not 4 wheel drive and the steep gravel driveway took two tries. If the weather had been icy or snowy, I would not have made it up the roads into the neighborhood or up the driveway. The house was spacious and clean. It was a drizzly and chilly weekend, so we didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit, but the house is only 15 mi it’s from the Biltmore….which was our day fun! The house is Close to downtown black mountain and downtown Asheville, so it was perfect! Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

Three girlfriends from high school and I had a reunion weekend at the cabin and it was perfect! It was more than spacious and comfortable for four people and could easily accommodate quite a few more. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. The owner, Manny, replied to questions quickly and was very kind to accommodate a flexible schedule since there were no bookings on either side of us. Highly recommend this house!

Great Mountain Home just outside Asheville and Black Mountain
We loved the house and location. Watched the sunrise from the front porch and had beautiful views of the mountains and trees. House had everything we needed and all the beds/rooms were very comfortable. We had a girls weekend with my 3 dogs, I hope to make this my regular mountain rental and hope we are welcomed back!

Little things count
I asked if we could have an early check in due to an elderly person. I was told no that there wouldn’t be time for cleaning crew. We were at the house at 4:00 and had to sit out in car with my elderly mother in law and wait for that cleaning crew. I understood their position and accepted 4:00 no problem but for them to turn around and be late.. Then we go to bed and it’s extremely hot upstairs and the ceiling fans make enough noise to wake the dead.

This home was the perfect place for our family vacation. The home was stocked with all of the basic things we needed and there was lots of space, our dogs also enjoyed the fenced area and wrap around porch. Perfect location that is relatively close to everything to do in the area and we enjoyed having black bear sightings in the evenings!
