This holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in Limeslade Bay. With access to the beach from the coastal path you will find yourself on a lovely beach with an ice cream parlour. Sit back and relax in front of the log burner whilst taking in the lovely view of Mumbles hill from afar or enjoy a sun-downer in the enclosed private garden with your loyal companion as this is a pet friendly property.
Explore the lovely seaside village of Mumbles which  is a 5 minute drive / 15 minute walk. Langland Beach is also within a similar distance, and is well worth a visit. Dogs are welcome on the beach all year round at Three Cliffs, Oxwich Bay and Rhossili. Take a relaxing stroll along the coastal path with its spectacular views of Swansea Bay, the South Gower coast and on a clear day, across the Bristol Channel to Devon. There are a range of boutique shops and a great range of cafes, pubs and restaurants,

Outside – Fully enclosed, private and sunny sitting areas at both the front and rear of the property to ensure you can catch the sun any time of day. Laid with Cotswold gravel, this is a lovely setting to relax, with views over Mumbles Hill from the rear garden.
Parking – Off street parking area opposite the house.
General  – bed linen, hand and bath towels provided. Initial basket load of logs provided along with firelighters and kindling. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, and milk.
Pets – One small/medium well behaved dog only – no other pets allowed.

The Gower
Sarlou Close was a simply lovely home kn a vert peaceful location. The roadway outside was unzdopted but presented no problem. Thr road to the beach was far too steep for disabled eighty year olds. The Gower (Mumbles) is a fabulous centre for beach and touring. Altogether, a most enjoyable holiday.

Hidden Gem in Limeslade
Property compact. Well furnished, spotless, and with easy parking. Property within walking distance of the coast path, the pier, and Oystermouth shops and pubs. One word of warning - very steep hills are everywhere in the Mumbles. However there are plenty of car parks so everywhere is accessible. We had a fantastic holiday.
